| The effects of mixed planting of different crops on soil environment and replanted plants of apple continuous cropping were studied under potted conditions, taking Malus hupehensis Rehd.seedlings as test material,in order to provide new technical measures for alleviating obstacles of apple continuous cropping.Five treatments were set up: M.hupehensis Rehd.seedlings(CK1)were planted in continuous cropping soil,bromo-methane fumigated soil was planted in M.hupehensis Rehd.seedlings(CK2),M.hupehensis Rehd.seedlings mixed with Brassica juncea(T1),M.hupehensis Rehd.seedlings mixed with Tagetes patula(T2),M.hupehensis Rehd.seedlings mixed with B.juncea and T.patula(T3).The test results are as follows:1.Compared with the continuous cropping control, the growth of M.hupehensis Rehd.seedlings mixed with B.juncea,M.hupehensis Rehd.seedlings mixed with T.patula, and M.hupehensis Rehd.seedlings mixed with B.juncea and T.patula all promoted the growth of M.hupehensis Rehd.seedlings and increased the biomass of M.hupehensis Rehd.seedlings to varying degrees, among which the mixed planting of B.juncea and T.patula had the best effect.Taking August 2022 as an example, compared with the continuous cropping control,Plant height, ground diameter, fresh weight and dry weight were increased to 1.13 times,1.28 times,1.27 times and 1.32 times,respectively.2.Mixed planting of B.juncea and T.patula at the same time can more effectively inhibit the growth of fungi and promote the growth of bacteria and actinomyces. For example,in August 2022,compared with continuous cropping control, the total amount of fungi decreased by 57.80%,while bacteria and actinomyces increased by 1.77 times and 1.63 times,respectively.3.Compared with the continuous cropping control, the copy number of the four fusarium genes could be reduced in M.hupehensis Rehd.seedlings mixed with B.juncea,M.hupehensis Rehd.seedlings mixed with T.patula and B.juncea and peacock grass at the same time,so that the simultaneous cultivation of F.proliferatum,F.moniliforme,F.oxysporum,F.solani had more significant decreases.69.37 %,42.79 %,61.84 % and 19.55 % of continuous cropping control,respectively.4.Mixed planting reduces the content of phenolic acids in continuous cropping soil, and the mixed planting effect is more obvious.Compared with CK1,when mixed with B.juncea,T.patula and simultaneously mixed, rhizoside decreased by 78.04 %,73.29 % and 57.27 % of the control, and total phenolic acid decreased by 51.31 %,46.57 % and 32.36 % of the control.5.Mixed planting of T.patula and B.juncea could significantly improve the composition of soil fungal community.Compared with CK1,the relative abundance of beneficial fungi such as Mortierella increased to 160.96%,while the relative abundance of harmful fungi such as Fusarium decreased to 22.28%. |
