Water is indispensable in the Process of plant growth, and insufficient water will directly cause significant growth inhibition on plants. The arid environment causes the plants to lose water during their growth, resulting in changes in plant morphology. At present, soil environment is poor in China, soil plate formation and desertification are serious, which is n ot good for plant growth. In addition, soil salinization will also have an adverse impact on plant development. Therefore, improving the plant's resistance to stress and improving plant salt tolerance and drought tolerance are important issues facing China agriculture.Allium schoenoprasum Linn.is a perennial herbaceous perennial flower of the family liliaceae.Tagetes patula L.is an annual herb of the family Asteraceae. In this experiment,we selected two different families of plants to design different concentrations of solu tions to simulate the stress environment, and carried out drought stress and salt stress on seeds and seedlings. The growth, physiological and growth morphological responses of the two plants under drought and salt stress were observed and determined. In o rder to explore the differences in resistance between annual and perennial plants, explore the characteristics of plant g rowth, observe the response of plants under adverse conditions, and identify whether they can be planted in arid soil and saline-alkali soil, and also cultivate and cultivate the Allium schoenoprasum Linn.and Tagetes patula L.Provide guidance and theoretical basis. In this study, the changes of plant seed germination, growth parameters, root parameters, plant fresh weight, dry weight, chlorophyll content, and SOD,POD,CAT,MDA and Pro contents were observed. The main results are as follows:(1)Under simulated drought stress, the seed germination of Allium schoenoprasum Linn.and Tagetes patula L was affected. The germination rate of Allium schoenoprasum Linn.seeds decreased with the decrease of osmotic potential, while Tagetes patula L germinated under the drought environment of-0.4MPa.It has been significantly suppressed. With the increase of stress time, the leaf growth trend of Allium schoenoprasum Linn.seedlings increased first and then decreased. The roots grow normally at 0-6d,and under stress for 6-18 d,the growth of plants can be absorbed normally due to stress, and then the growth rate of roots tends to be flat with the increase of drought stress time. The overall growth of leaf length and plant height of Tagetes patula L decreased until it died of atrophy. The growth rate of root length increased during the period of 0-6d.When the stress was 6-12 d,the growth of roots was inhibited and began to shrink. The chlorophyll content of Allium schoenoprasum Linn.and Tagetes patula L decreased with the extension of drought stress time. The activities of SOD,POD and CAT in the leaves of Allium schoenoprasum Linn.were increased, while the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in the leaves of Tagetes patula L increased first and then decreased. The activities of SOD,POD and CAT in the roots of the two plants increased first and then decreased. The trend, and the MDA and Pro content of the blade portion and the root increased.(2)Under salt stress, the seed germination of Allium schoenoprasum Linn.and Tagetes patula L.was affected. The germination rate of Allium schoenoprasum Linn.was high in 300-400 mmol/L in high salt environment, while the high sapling concentration in Tagetes patula L.was 120-150 mmol/L.It hardly germinates underneath. At the same salt stress time, the seedlings of the plants showed different growth phenotypes under different salt concentrations. The plant height of Tagetes patula L.increased first and then decreased. When the leaf length was 0-90 mmol/L,the growth was in an upward trend. At 90-150 mmol/L,the leafs stopped growing and rapidly wilted until death. With the increase of time, the growth of the leafs and the growth of the roots of both plants showed an upward trend. The higher the salt concentration, the slower the growth. The biomass of all plants increased first and then decreased. The chlorophyll content in the leafs of both plants decreased with increasing salt concentration. The content of SOD,POD and CAT in the leafs and roots increased first and then decreased. The MDA and Pro contents of the blade portion and the root increased as a whole.
