| Blueberry is a perennial shrub of the genus Vaccinium in the Ericaceae, and Bluecrop belongs to the northern high-bush blueberry, which is an excellent variety of blueberry. In this study, the reproductive ecological characteristics of Bluecrop in the blueberry planting base of Changchun University in Changchun,Jilin Province will be explored. To conduct systematic research on such aspects as to deeply analyze the reproductive adaptation strategies of this species, and to provide scientific theoretical basis for the establishment of conservation measures. At the same time, the research will help to understand the ecological adaptation strategies of blueberry and their evolutionary significance. The main results of this research are:1.By observing the changes of flowering phenology at different levels, the adaptability of the flowering phenology index to the growth environment was analyzed. The flowering period of Bluecrop is from late May to mid-early June, and the flowering duration at the level of population, individual, inflorescence and single flower is 24-26 d,14-16 d,13-15 d and 10-12 d,respectively; At the individual level, the flowering amplitude curve is a unimodal curve, and the flowering synchronization index is 0.714,which belongs to the"centralized flowering mode";the flowering intensity is high, and its distribution frequency skewness is 1.11;At the level of inflorescence, there was a significant positive correlation between the first flowering date and the duration of the flowering period(p<0.01);There was a significant positive correlation between the number of flowering and the number of fruit set(p<0.05).2.By observing the comprehensive characteristics and pollination characteristics of the flower, analyze the pollination strategy and the implication of the evolution of the comprehensive characteristics of the flower. The single flower of Bluecrop is bell-shaped,with a white corolla,10 stamens and 1 pistil;the anther dehiscence method is hole cracking, which belongs to the"apportionment mechanism";under the electron microscope, the surface of the stigma is smooth, with 5 cracks on the surface.Long strip, pollen grains are composite pollen,tetrahedral-like,with carved patterns on the surface;pollen viability and stigma receptivity both reach their peaks at the beginning of flowering;nectar content is the highest at the peak of flowering;bumblebees and Italian bees are effective the pollinator, the Bombus, had a significantly higher pollination efficiency than the Apis mellifera ligustica.3.Through hybridization index detection and artificial pollination experiments, the types of breeding systems and their evolutionary significance were analyzed.Bluecrop hybrid index OCI=4,the seed setting rate of cross-pollination was significantly higher than that of natural pollination and cross-pollination(p<0.05),the seed setting rate of non-emasculated bagging was the lowest, and the breeding system type was partially self-compatible,mostly outcrossing, and requires pollinators.4.By analyzing the pattern of seed setting and seed setting, there is no correlation between the seed setting rate of Bluecrop and the proportion of inflorescences of different sizes in the total inflorescence(p>0.05);the seed setting rate at the base of the inflorescence is significantly higher than that in the middle and inflorescence top(p<0.05);the seeding pattern within the berry appears to be concentrated in the central area of the berry.5.By analyzing the effects of different cutting parts, different substrates and different concentrations of hormones on the rooting of cuttings, the results show that,in the analysis of cutting experiments, the upper cuttings of partially lignified Bluecrop were selected, and peat+perlite(Vpeat:Vperlite=1:1)mixed matrix, choose the concentration of 1000 mg/L as the rooting agent IAA,and the rooting effect is the best. |
