Research On Purchasing Management Optimization Of Animal Protection Products In Animal Husbandry Company

With the growth of economy and progress of society,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and enterprises need to constantly enhance their own strength to cope with the fierce market environment.As an important part of enterprise management,purchasing management ability has a significant impact on the operation and management of enterprises.Therefore,improving the level of purchasing management and reducing the production cost is an effective way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis takes Company A as the research object,for the current purchasing management problems of Company A,through sorting out the current situation,Then use questionnaire survey method combined with work experience to find out the deficiencies in the purchasing management of Company A.and use theoretical knowledge to analyze the causes of the problems,finally put forward the optimization measures.First of all,carefully analyze the real purchasing demand of the production department,strengthen the system management,strictly check purchasing requirements,find out the strategic positioning of the purchasing department,and improve the initiative of purchasing work.Secondly,we should improve the scientific nature of supplier development and selection from three aspects: supplier development,classified management and strategy selection,supplier selection index,so as to choose the supplier of strategic cooperation.Thirdly,optimize the workflow from order to payment,strengthen the communication and transmission of information among all departments,and improve the procurement efficiency.Finally,strengthen the optimization of procurement performance management,set reasonable evaluation indicators according to the working status of the purchasing department of the enterprise’s animal protection products and the cooperation with suppliers,establish corresponding incentive mechanism by reasonable use of the evaluation results,and establish a continuous improvement of the performance management process based on the PDCA cycle management thought,so as to continuously optimize the purchasing management.At the end of the thesis,the final conclusion of this research is given.Effective purchasing management optimization can improve the procurement efficiency,improve the procurement accuracy rate and fund utilization rate,so as to find the advanced production technology and new products in the industry for the enterprise,and effectively improve the strategic value of the procurement department to achieve cost reduction and efficiency.Through the research on the purchasing management of animal protection products of A Company,this thesis not only provides ideas and methods for solving the existing purchasing management problems of A Company,and improves the overall strength of the enterprise,but also provides direction and reference for other similar enterprises in the animal husbandry purchasing management reform.
