With the growth of China’s economy,animal husbandry has entered a new stage of intelligent development.However,due to the lack of automatic monitoring means,the poor environment of pig houses seriously affects the growth and development of pigs,leading to disease and even death of pigs.In this paper,in view of the problems existing in the above traditional breeding farms,consult and analyze the research status at home and abroad,using single-chip microcomputer,sensor,wireless communication,cloud platform and other technologies,design the piggery environmental monitoring system,set up the information acquisition node,gateway node and cloud server,and realize automatic control.First,on the basis of analyzing the actual requirements,design the overall framework of the system.The Lo Ra wireless communication mode is determined to build the on-site communication network of piggery,and the 4G communication technology is used to connect with the cloud platform to issue control commands,so as to meet the requirements of remote information management and monitoring control of piggery.Secondly,the function modules of each node of the environmental control system are selected and designed.The system is mainly composed of microprocessor,sensor,data transmission and control module.The 4G module circuit and power module are designed to realize data acquisition and transmission,and can execute control instructions.Third,Alibaba Cloud platform is used to realize real-time data display,data analysis and storage and other platform functions.Based on Alibaba Cloud Io T Studio,remote monitoring system APP and Web server are developed.Users can log in the APP or Web side of mobile phone to view data and give environmental control instructions,so as to realize human-computer interaction.Finally,the performance test and field test of each module of the piggery environmental monitoring system are completed.The performance test results of each module show that the system functions normally and can meet the needs of users.In the process of field test,the system runs stably,all sensor data are uploaded in real time,and automatic control is implemented to meet the design requirements.
