Research On Rural Drinking Water Safety Management In Z Town,W City

Currently,with the rapid development of China’s social economy,the issue of rural drinking water safety is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,how to establish a rural drinking water management system that is suitable for the specific local situation has become an urgent problem that the local government needs to solve.This article will start with the actual situation of rural drinking water in Z Town,W City,and use literature research method to explore the data of rural drinking water safety management in this town,understand the basic situation,and combine academic achievements in rural drinking water safety management at home and abroad,drawing on successful experiences of rural drinking water safety management.After on-site research and interviews,we have gained a preliminary understanding of the water quality of rural drinking water in Z Town,and conducted on-site research in the local countryside to analyze the actual situation of rural drinking water safety management in Z Town,W City.Through the analysis of the survey results,it was found that there are four main problems in the current management of rural drinking water safety in Z Town,W City.These problems include weak government management,hidden dangers in water source safety,incomplete management of drinking water quality and safety,and the lack of standardized use of drinking water by rural residents.Based on the reference of relevant research results at home and abroad,a deep analysis was conducted on the reasons for the safety management of rural drinking water.The following four reasons were identified: unclear responsibilities among government management departments,inadequate supervision of drinking water source pollution,insufficient construction and management of water supply projects,and insufficient awareness of drinking water safety among rural residents.By applying the theories of public goods,service-oriented government,and public safety management,several targeted countermeasures are proposed to solve the problems of rural drinking water safety management in Z Town,W City.Firstly,it is necessary to create a diversified rural drinking water safety management system,explore new management models,and construct a management form of "government led,enterprise close collaboration,and all people’s participation" to achieve a new model of joint management of rural drinking water safety by the whole society.Secondly,it is necessary to improve the water source protection system,strengthen comprehensive protection of water sources,and establish and improve relevant policies,regulations,and regulatory systems.Thirdly,improve water quality monitoring technology and equipment,establish a sound water quality monitoring system,and promptly identify and solve water quality problems.Fourthly,the government needs to further increase the allocation of funds to ensure the construction of infrastructure projects and fund management for rural drinking water.Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the promotion and education of drinking water,and establish the awareness of safe drinking water among villagers.Taking Z Town in W City as an example,this article aims to improve the safety management level of rural drinking water,ensure the homogenization of urban and rural drinking water,and promote sustainable development of rural economy and society through a combination of theory and practice.
