With the improvement of quality of life,the supply of meat,eggs and dairy products has become more and more in demand,resulting in a large amount of farming waste to be disposed of,which can be turned into treasure by preparing compound microbial fertilizer(Liquid ecological enzyme fertilizer)from livestock manure.The problems of excessive application of chemical fertilizers on crop quality,soil health and environmental protection have also been a concern to many parties.The research and promotion of fertilizer application reduction and efficiency technology is an important initiative for the development of green agriculture in China.In this study,we assessed the soil fertility quality of rice plots in different areas of Jiangyan District,Taizhou City,and developed a suitable bio-organic fertilizer alternative to chemical fertilizer application program for local farmland under controlled cost,and conducted a large-field spot trial with three groups of treatments according to different chemical fertilizer replacement amounts.Rice growth and yield and seed quality,soil enzyme activity and soil fertility were measured and analyzed in different treatments to assess the effects of soil microbial community structure and diversity under different fertilization treatments.The main findings were as follows.1.Soil physicochemical parameters testing combined with exploratory factor analysis methods on farmlands in different areas of Jiangyan district revealed that the overall soil quality reached the national tertiary level,and the soil fertility quality was the best in farmlands with organic fertilizer application,.2.The application of compound microbial fertilizer and organic fertilizer could improve the thousand grain weight and fruit set rate of rice,and the theoretical yield of rice had been significantly improved.The application of organic biofertilizer could increase the protein content in rice seeds and improve the nutritional value,and also significantly improve the brown rice rate,fine rice rate and whole fine rice rate,which had a good effect on the rice milling quality of rice.3.The application of liquid enzyme fertilizer and organic fertilizer could reduce the content of heavy metals,especially lead,in the seeds,making the seeds safer for consumption.4.Application of chemical fertilizer increased soil urease activity and application of organic fertilizer increases soil leucine aminopeptidase activity.Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria,Actinobacteria,and Bacteroidetes were the dominant soil bacterial phyla,and Ascomycota,Mortierellomycota and Basidiomycota were the dominant soil fungal phyla.Different fertilization treatments had significant effects on soil microbial community structure,and the application of bio-organic fertilizers could increase the abundance and diversity of soil bacteria and fungi.In summary,the application of compound microbial fertilizer and organic fertilizer could improve soil fertility in rice production;improve microbial diversity,with compound microbial fertilizer having a more pronounced effect on microbial community diversity and richness than organic fertilizer;contribute to improving crop yield and quality,with organic fertilizer application having a better effect on crop yield improvement than compound microbial fertilizer;reduce the heavy metal content of seeds,with compound microbial fertilizer application highly significantly.
