| In order to screen high-yield and high-quality forage millet varieties suitable for planting in Hohhot,41 test materials were selected for planting in Halaqin Village,Shengle Town,Hohhot City from 2021-2022.The phenological period,agronomic traits,production performance,nutritional quality and mowing ability of 41 test materials were comprehensively evaluated.The results are as follows:(1)Evaluation from the phenological period: The growth period of 34 materials such as Z-35-1 in 41 forage millets is between 130-150 d,which is suitable for planting in Hohhot.(2)Evaluation from the aspect of agronomic traits: 24 agronomic traits of 41 forage millet had rich variation and high genetic diversity.The genetic diversity index of 11 quality traits ranged from 0.115 to 1.471.The coefficient of variation of 13 quantitative traits ranged from 11.72-67.15%,and the genetic diversity index ranged from 1.645 to2.055.The hay yield of 41 forage millet varieties was significantly positively correlated with stem weight per plant,dry weight per plant and fresh grass yield,and significantly positively correlated with plant height,leaf weight per plant and width of second leaf from top.By calculating the average membership function values of plant height,stem diameter,leaf weight per plant,stem weight per plant,dry weight per plant,single ear weight,grain weight per spike,1000-grain weight,leaf-stem ratio and dry-fresh ratio,the agronomic traits of 41 test materials were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the average membership function values of Mengjingu1,Neinongcaogu1,Neinongcaogu2,2013033-1 and Z-37-1 were between 0.562-0.738,and the comprehensive agronomic traits were excellent.(3)From the production performance evaluation: By calculating the average membership function values of the three indicators of fresh grass yield,hay yield and seed yield,41 test materials were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the average membership function values of 19592-2,Neinongcaogu2,Neinongcaogu1,Mengjingu1 and Z-43-1 were between 0.673-0.998,and the comprehensive performance was better.It can be used as a high-quality material.(4)Evaluation of nutritional quality: By calculating the average membership function values of crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber,18 test materials were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the average membership function values of 2013033-1,Neinongcaogu2,Neinongcaogu1,14705-2 and 19592-2 were between 0.499 and 0.729.The comprehensive nutritional quality was excellent and could be used as a high-quality forage variety for popularization and application.(5)Evaluation from the aspects of production performance and nutritional quality:The plant height,stem diameter,leaf stem ratio,dry fresh ratio,fresh grass yield,hay yield,crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,relative feeding value and relative forage quality of the tested materials were comprehensively evaluated by grey correlation analysis method.The weighted correlation degree of2013033-1,Mengjingu1,Neinongcaogu2,Neinongcaogu2 and 19592-2 was between0.7145-0.7891.The production performance and nutritional quality were excellent,and the phenological period was suitable,the seed yield was large,and the comprehensive performance was good.It can be used as a high quality and high yield forage grass in Hohhot area.(6)From the aspect of mowing ability evaluation: 41 test materials mature mowing compared with heading mowing plant height,leaf weight per plant,stem weight per plant,dry weight per plant,dry fresh ratio,fresh yield,hay yield 7 indicators increased,stem diameter,leaf stem ratio 2 indicators decreased.Evaluation from the grass yield: 41 materials are not suitable for mowing. |
