Study On Joint Production Of Grape Industry In Wuhai City Inner Mongolia

The special geographical environment has provided a good foundation for the management and development of the grape planting industry in Wuhai City,and after the development in recent years,the grape planting industry in Wuhai City has formed its own brand effect.With the steady development of the industry,the number of local wine enterprises is increasing,so exploring a brand-new production cooperation model has become a key issue for wine enterprises.The core is to let farmers participate in the market-oriented production and operation activities according to the idea of agricultural industrialization management,and further enhance the economic benefits of farmers.At present,there are four modes of production cooperation between grape growers and wine enterprises in Wuhai city: farmers+enterprises,farmers+cooperative organizations+enterprises,farmers+bases+enterprises,and industrialized consortia+bases+enterprises.The problem of "farmer+enterprise" model is that it is difficult to avoid the unilateral default risk of farmers or enterprises,so the overall stability is not strong.Although the model of "farmers+cooperative organizations+enterprises" can avoid the default risk of farmers or enterprises to a certain extent,Wuhai grape planting cooperative organizations are mostly composed of village cadres or influential growers in the village,so it is likely to cause another form of monopoly after market information is concentrated on them.The mode of "farmers+bases+enterprises" is mainly a new mode of establishing wine grape planting and production bases through enterprises,and cooperating with land transfer,farmers’ re-employment and other means to let growers participate in planting and production in an all-round way,and finally realize their multi-channel enrichment and income increase.This model requires wine enterprises to invest enough human and material resources in the early production of wine grapes,so it is a big test for their financial strength and overall operation and management ability.There is a model of "industrialization consortium+base+enterprise",which is not worth popularizing in the short term.Generally speaking,the model of "farmer+base+enterprise" is more in line with the development status of grape industry in Wuhai City,and can establish a relatively stable benefit distribution and risk sharing mechanism between grape growers and wine enterprises.Besides paying attention to the choice of production cooperation mode,we should also solve the problems of low income and unreasonable profit distribution faced by grape growers in Wuhai by formulating macro-industrial development strategies,so as to truly realize the benign development of local grape industry.This paper analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the production cooperation mode of agricultural enterprises in Wuhai city,combs and summarizes the actual problems and puts forward the corresponding reform measures,so it is more targeted than the same type of research results.
