| In order to explore the reasons for the difference in meat production between Gobi camel and desert camel in Alxa Bactrian camel, the extensor digitorum longus(EDL)and soleus(SOL)muscles of Gobi gelled camel and desert gelled camel were randomly collected, with 6 peaks in each group. The content and proportion of muscle fibers in skeletal muscle were observed by ATPase histochemical staining method, and the m RNA changes of forkhead box transcription factor O1(FoxO1)and myosin heavy chain(MyHC)subtypes in skeletal muscle were detected by RT-qPCR.The results show that :1.In the extensor digitorum longus and soleus muscles of the Gobi camel and the Desert camel, the ATPase staining showed three types of muscle fibers, which were type I,type IIa,and type IIb,respectively. The proportion of muscle fibers in the two types of camels was about 22 %~ 24 %,35 %~ 40 %,38 %~ 41 % in the extensor digitorum longus;in soleus muscle, about 16 %~ 22 %,52 % ~58 %,25 % ~26 %,respectively.2.In the extensor digitorum longus and soleus muscles of Gobi and Desert camels, the results of RT-qPCR showed that the relative expression of MyHCI in soleus muscle was significantly lower than that in extensor digitorum longus(P < 0.05),MyHCIIx and MyHCIIb were significantly higher(P < 0.01).3.In the extensor digitorum longus and soleus muscles of Gobi and Desert camels, the relative expression of FoxO1 gene m RNA in extensor digitorum longus was higher than that in soleus muscle, and there was a significant difference.4.The expression of FoxO1 in extensor digitorum longus and soleus of Gobi camel and Desert camel was positively correlated with MyHCI... |
