After years of social production practice,a rule is found that the weight and meat yield by Gobi camel are more than that of desert camel.On this basis,this paper explore the molecular mechanism of the difference in meat production between the two camels by taking the biceps femoris of Alxa Gobi camel and desert camel as the research object.The deferentially expressed genes in the biceps femoris of alpaca and desert camel are screened by high-throughput transcriptome sequencing(RNA-Seq).The main results of this study are as follows:(1)The results of high-throughput transcriptome sequencing show that the 5 samples of Alxa Desert camel are 47100696/63323176/5197540/49347678/61617914.Among the total reads,the clean reads are 46041008/62211266/50906716/48313858/60988046.The results of high-throughput transcriptome sequencing show that the 5 samples of Alxa Gobi camel are 53658154/59330764/56583910/46423336/65432244.Among the total reads,the clean reads are 52687830/58009318/54861640/45504318/64529048.The proportion of clean reads is more than 90%.It shows that the saturation of sequencing results is good and the sequencing data is authentic.(2)Analysis of sequencing data.489 differential genes are screened,377 are up-regulated genes and 112 are down-regulated genes.(3)There are 484 taxonomic items significantly enriched by GO function,246 of which are related to biological process,accounting for 50.8%;184 of which are related to molecular function,accounting for 38.1%;and cell composition There are 54 significant enrichment items related to component,accounting for 11.1%.5695 genes have been annotated in the differentially expressed genes of biceps femoris,including 148 genes involved in biological process,66 genes related to cell component and 233 genes related to molecular function.(4)The results of enrichment analysis of KEGG pathway showed that there were 6116 differentially expressed genes annotated by KEGG database,and pathway significant enrichment analysis showed that these genes participated in 250 biological metabolic pathways,19 of which had significant differences(P<0.01).There are 37 genes involved in skeletal uscle development and 13 genes involved in fat metabolism.(5)To screen the genes related to skeletal muscle development and fat deposition:FOXO1/UNDT4/HABP2/HSPA5/EGR1/SAV1/UBE2D1/MAT2A/SLC25A25/CREB/UN/MD1/PLIN/OTUD1/CDKN1A/PPM1B/KLF6/ARPP19/LPIN1/ATF4/ARRDC2/VGLL2.In this study,we first analyzed the transcriptome biceps femoris of Alxa camel and Gobi camel.To provide theoretical basis for the improvement of bactrian camel gene library.At the same time,it lays a foundation for improving livestock breeds.
