| In response to the gradually increasing use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in the cultivation of uralensis in central Inner Mongolia,the ecological cultivation model is beco ming weaker and weaker.This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of orga nic fertilizer with microbial fertilizer on the growth characteristics,photosynthetic characte ristics,physiological characteristics,quality of production and economic benefits of uralen sis,and to screen the amount of organic fertilizer with microbial fertilizer that is suitable fo r the local area,Set up a total of 6 treatments:CK(no fertilizer control group),T1(1500kg/hm2microbial fertilizer),T2(1500kg/hm2organic fertilizer),T3(microbial fertilizer 1500k g/hm2and organic fertilizer 1500kg/hm2),T4(microbial fertilizer 1500kg/hm2and organic fertilizer 2000kg/hm2),T5(microbial fertilizer 1500kg/hm2and organic fertilizer 3000kg/h m2),and the main findings were as follows:(1)Different fertilizer treatments significantly increased the height,root length,root t hickness and stem thickness of the uralensis plant by 12.76%~49.92%,8.89%~28.06%,12.48~50.92 and 29.48~51.39 respectively compared with the control CK.The increase was g reater with T3,T4 and T5 treatments than with T1 and T2 treatments alone,with the most s ignificant increase in the T5 treatment compared with the control CK.The plant height incr eased most significantly under T5 treatment,with an average increase of 16.36%~45.83%compared with the rest of treatments(P<0.05);while root length,root thickness and stem t hickness were improved best by T5 treatment,with an average increase of 28.06%,75.37%and 51.39%compared with the control CK,respectively.(2)Organic fertilizer with microbial fertilizer improved the physiological indexes of u ralensis leaves,with the most significant increase in the T5 treatment.The organic fertilize r with microbial fertilizer increased the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,trans piration rate,superoxide gas dismutase,peroxidase,catalase,chlorophylla,chlorophyll b a ctivity,proline content and reduced intercellular CO2concentration and malondialdehyde c ontent,with transpiration rate and soluble protein increasing the most,by 62.41%and 139.55%,respectively;intercellular CO2concentration and malondialdehyde content decreased by 32.29%and 42.24%,respectively.(3)Organic fertilizer with microbial fertilizer significantly improved the yield and qua lity of the uralensis,of which the yield ranking was T5>T4>T3>T1>T2>CK;the highest yi eld of uralensis under T5 treatment was 11,356.78 kg/hm2,which was 68.45%higher than that of the control CK.Different application rates of organic fertilizer and microbial fertiliz er promoted the glycyrrhetinic acid and glycyrrhizin of uralensis,with Glycyrrhetinic acid and glycyrrhizin content under T5 treatment and T4 treatment were the highest,at 3.94%a nd 1.13%,respectively,which were 1.03 and 0.44 times higher than that of the control CK.(4)Different fertilization treatments were able to increase the economic benefits of ur alensis,specifically T5>T3>T4>T2>T1>CK,where the organic fertilizer with microbial fe rtilizer treatments(T3,T4,T5)were higher than the fertilizer alone treatments(T1,T2),Th e highest net return was achieved by the T5 treatment of uralensis at RMB 148,494.9/hm2,an increase of RMB 54,105.1/hm2compared to the control CK,The remaining individual f ertiliser treatments increased by RMB10,764.62/hm2,RMB10,359.5/hm2,RMB26,123.1/h m2and RMB54,105.1/hm2respectively compared to the control CK.When comparing the morphological,physiological,yield,quality and economic benefits of uralensis,the T5(mi crobial fertiliser and organic fertiliser 3000kg/hm2)treatment all performed better. |
