| Rice planthopper is one of the most serious pests,seriously affecting yield and quality of rice.Rice planthopper has generated varying degrees of resistance to available insecticides.Triflumezopyrim was a new mesoionic pyrimidone insecticide developed by Du Pont Company,and possess advantages of high efficiency,long lasting period and friendly to environment.However,there was little reports about its application technology in rice especially in rice-crayfish ecological planting and breeding model.The field control effect of 10%triflumezopyrim SC against rice planthopper,the safety of 10%triflumezopyrim SC ro crayfish,the operation parameters for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),the screening of addictives with synergy effect,and yield-increasing effect of the program that using triflumezopyrim for rice planthopper control were all studied in this paper,which would provide theoretical and technical support for comprehensive promotion and application of triflumezopyrim in rice.Field trials using 10%triflumezopyrim SC to control rice planthopper for three consecutive years were conducted in Xiangtan County of Hunan Province.The results showed that fast-acting property of 10%triflumezopyrim SC at dose of 195~240 m L/hm~2was significantly better than the control pesticides 25%pymetrozine WP and 25%dinotefuran WP.The control effect of 10%triflumezopyrim SC against rice planthopper was all above 85%after seven days of application,and above 90%after twenty days of application,and above 90%after forty days of application.Three years of data comparison showed that control effect of 10%triflumezopyrim SC at different doses or second application program had stable performance,while control effect of imidacloprid and dinotefuran declined year by year.The safety of 10%triflumezopyrim SC to crayfish was also evaluated.The rusults showed 10%triflumezopyrim SC was safe to crayfish at conventional recommended dosage.The effect of opration parameters of plant protection UAV on droplet deposition and uniformity was studied.The results showed the droplet deposition in test group7(application quality of 30 L/hm~2,flight height of 1.5 m)were 0.582μL/cm~2and 0.325μL/cm~2at top and base of rice,respectively,which were both apparently higher than other test groups.The droplet deposition in test group 4(application quality of 22.5 L/hm~2,flight height of 1.5 m)took second place with no significant difference compared with test group7.The uniformity value of test group 1(application quality of 15.0 L/hm~2,flight height of1.5 m)was highest,and that of test group 4(application quality of 22.5 L/hm~2,flight heighy of 1.5 m)and test group 7(application quality of 30 L/hm~2,flight height of 1.5 m)were lower than test group 1,but there were no significant difference existed between these three test groups.Thus,preferred spraying operation parameters at autonomous flight mode for small plant protection UAV were application quality of 22.5 L/hm~2 and flight height of 1.5m based on the test results of density and uniformity of deposited droplets.The effect of three different addictives on VAU control effect against rice planthopper was evaluated.The results showed that control effect of mixture of triflumezopyrim and three addictives were respectively 86.85%~88.28%,92.76%~94.18%,95.92%~97.84%after 3 days,7 days,20 days of application,all significantly higher than single use of triflumezopyrim.The control effect of mixture was 96.84%~98.46%after 40 days of application,with no significant difference compared with single use of triflumezopyrim.The synergy effect of addictive“Ji Jian”was best among the tested three addictives.Safety survey results showed synergy use of triflumezopyrim and addictives had no harmful effect to crayfish.The yield-increasing effect and economic benefit of the program that using triflumezopyrim for rice planthopper control was investigated.The results showed that the average yield-increasing range of triflumezopyrim program was 12.98%,and average income per mu increased 188.3 yuan compared with conventional program.Besides,the pesticides application times of triflumezopyrim program decreased,and it is the superior choice compared with conventional program. |
