Study On The Work Pressure Management Of Grass-roots Fishery Law Enforcement Personnel

With the exhaustion of Marine fishery resources and the serious situation of fishery safety in recent years,fishery law enforcement departments across the country have carried out a series of special actions to protect fishery resources and improve the safety of fishing vessels.However,in recent years,there are many new situations and problems to be solved in the process of fishery administration and law enforcement work all over the country.Fishermen in the eyes of the masses belong to vulnerable groups,for example,in particular,individual fishermen to jump into the sea to suicide,maritime law enforcement incidents in escape ways such as resist,in addition,the Zhejiang province fishing boat production safety accidents,caused serious personnel and property losses,in and accountability under the double pressure of public opinion,make the grass-roots fishery law enforcement work faces enormous pressure,The physical and mental health problems of law enforcement personnel are gradually exposed,and the daily work of fishery law enforcement agencies is seriously affected.The object of this paper is the grass-roots fishery law enforcement personnel in Wenzhou,and the units involved are fishery law enforcement agencies at city and county levels.Through literature collection and reference,questionnaires and interviews at home and abroad,the author deeply understood the occupational group situation,pressure status and pressure sources of grassroots fishery law enforcement personnel.From three dimensions of work pressure performance,including emotional decline,reduced sense of responsibility and low sense of work achievement,The work nature,role pressure,personal factors,career development,interpersonal relationship and other aspects of fishery law enforcement are studied respectively.According to the research results,the corresponding pressure management strategies are formulated to provide theoretical basis for fishery law enforcement agencies at all levels in Wenzhou and even in Zhejiang province or the whole country.It is hoped that the pressure management measures proposed in this paper can eliminate the negative impact of work pressure on the grassroots fishery law enforcement personnel,improve their anti-pressure ability and work performance,and make due contributions to the continuous development of China’s Marine and fishery undertakings and the construction of a harmonious socialism.
