| Pig breeding industry is the guarantee of rural agricultural income in our country,and is the basic industry to maintain food safety.It is of great significance to improve the quality of people’s life,maintain the overall stability of society,reduce price fluctuations and maintain the steady operation of economy.In recent years,the comprehensive production capacity of pig breeding industry in our country has been greatly improved,but factors such as high pressure on environmental protection and COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control have had a great impact on pig breeding enterprises and small and medium-sized breeding enterprises.In the face of dynamic market environment,how can pig breeding enterprises improve their ability to resist risk? How to form their own sustainable development advantages is the focus of this thesis.Based on the theory of strategic reconstruction and dynamic capabilities,this thesis had studied the multi-dimensional business model innovation scheme based on the business model canvas,and integrates business model innovation with strategic reconstruction and dynamic capabilities to solve the problem of proposing business model innovation scheme for the traditional aquaculture industry.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,MT breeding enterprises in the pig breeding industry were selected as the object to carry out a case studied.Primarily,this thesis introduces the industry background and the operation business model of MT enterprises,and then summarizes it by PEST and SWOT analysis method,which indicates that the existing business model of MT companies can no longer adapt to the changes of the environment,highlighting the necessity of its business model innovation.Then,according to the questionnaire of business model canvas,the problems existing in the business model of MT enterprises are analyzed,and the problems are locked in five modules: "cost structure","key business","core resources","value proposition" and "channel".Secondly,it puts forward the principles of business model innovation,mainly in order to enhance market competitiveness,alleviate business risks,enhance the ability of key resources,and enhance social recognition.Thirdly,by using strategic reconstruction and the existing problem modules of the business model,a targeted research program was put forward,and the innovation measures of the business model of MT enterprises were expounded from the vertical "food processing",horizontal "capital core",space "scale" and platform "Internet +" as channels.Finally,the commercial canvas of the innovative scheme was sorted out and the new scheme was predicted to show the advantages of the innovative schemes.Second,the innovative designed scheme of MT enterprise business model is integrated with strategic reconstruction and dynamic capability theory.Through the comprehensive strategic reconstruction of MT company,we can promote the improvement of the company’s dynamic capabilities,realize the implementation of the business model innovation plan,transform and upgrade from "single model" to "multi-dimensional business",establish the core competitiveness,and promote the enterprise to realize the transformation and upgrading as soon as possible,and realize the positive impact of sustainable development.Third,put forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the innovative design scheme of the business model of MT enterprises.Including organizational structure function guarantee,performance incentive guidance guarantee,human resources guarantee,and enterprise culture construction guarantee.This thesis not only puts forward design reference from the strategic reconstruction of traditional aquaculture industry to innovate business model,extend industrial chain,integrate resource advantages,build brand image,create new thinking and open up new market,so as to degrade potential risks and enhance market competitiveness,but also provides strategy and motivation for ensuring enterprise business model innovation behavior from the perspective of dynamic ability.It provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of business model innovation programs. |
