| Sugarcane tips and corn stover are the most important fodder resources in the winter and spring hay season in the hot crop area of southern China,but their feed degree is low.Based on previous research,in this experiment,fresh sugarcane tips and corn stover were cut short and mixed evenly as silage raw materials according to the weight ratio of 3:7,and direct silage(without additives)was used as the control(CK),and 4 additives(green juice fermentation broth,10 ml/kg)were added to a certain amount of 4 additives(green juice fermentation broth,10 ml/kg;Cellulase,600 mg/kg;Hemicellulase,400 mg/kg;Amylase,500 mg/kg)in any combination for additive silage treatment,after silage,sampling was taken to evaluate sensory quality,analyze conventional nutrients,determine fermentation quality,compare the number of microorganisms,compare aerobic stabilization time,analyze the improvement of silage quality mixed with sugarcane tip and corn stover,the results show:1.The combination of different additives improved the sensory quality of silage,and the scores were all above 16 points,and the structure,odor,and color were better than CK;The p H value was below 4.4,the content of ammonia nitrogen,propionic acid,and butyric acid decreased,and the lactic acid content increased;The fermentation environment of silage is optimized and the fermentation quality of silage is improved.Among them,the lactic acid content of LXD and LXB silage was 27.91 g/kg and 25.42 g/kg,respectively,which were significantly higher than CK(P<0.05),and the p H,ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen value,propionic acid and butyric acid content were significantly lower than CK(P<0.05).2.The combination of different additives can effectively improve the nutritional quality of silage.Among them,the dry matter,crude protein,crude fat,soluble sugar,dry matter feed intake,digestible dry matter content,lactation net energy,RFV value,and GI2001 value of LXD and LXB treated silage were significantly higher than CK(P<0.05),and the contents of crude ash,acid detergent fiber,and neutral detergent fiber were significantly lower than CK(P<0.05),and the RFV value and GI2001 value were significantly higher than that of CK(P<0.05).The comprehensive evaluation results of the membership function of each component index of silage were combined with different additives,showing that the values of LXD and LXB treatment membership functions ranked in the top 2,0.97 and 0.84,respectively,and the silage quality was better.3.Compared with CK,the combination of different additives increased the number of lactic acid bacteria in the mixed silage,reduced the number of aerobic bacteria,significantly reduced the number of yeast and mold(P<0.01),improved the fermentation environment,and improved the fermentation quality.Among them,the number of lactic acid bacteria in silage treated with LXD and LXB was 6.66 lg cfu·g-1 and 6.63 lg cfu·g-1,respectively,which increased by 44.8%and 44.1%(P<0.01)compared with CK,and the number of aerobic bacteria was 4.52 lg cfu·g-1 and 4.65 lg cfu·g-1,respectively,which were39.49%and 37.75%(P<0.01)lower than CK,and no yeast and mold were detected.4.Different additives are used in combination to enhance the aerobic stability of silage.Among them,the aerobic stability time of LXD and LXB silage was 103 h and 99.3h,respectively,which were 34 h and 30.3 h longer than CK(P<0.05).Comprehensive analysis shows that the combination of different additives can improve the silage quality of sugarcane tip and corn stover mixed silage,and achieve the purpose of efficient utilization of sugarcane tip and corn stover resources.Among them,LXD and LXB treatments,namely"10 ml/kg green juice fermentation broth+600 mg/kg cellulase+500 mg/kg amylase"and"10 ml/kg green juice fermentation broth+600 mg/kg cellulase+400 mg/kg hemicellulase",can effectively improve the sensory quality and nutritional quality of silage mixed with sugarcane tip and corn stover,enhance the aerobic stability of silage,and optimize the microbial community structure.The role and effect of improving the feed value of silage are the most significant,and they can be promoted and used in production. |
