Meconopsis integerifolia,an alpine flower and traditional endangered Tibetan medicine, was studied to reveal the structure, function and bacterial community interactions of soil microorganisms of Meconopsis integerifolia.Soil bacteria and fungi were studied based on highthroughput sequencing technology, and bacteria were isolated using culture histology and functionally identified as IAA-producing,organophosphorus-solubilizing,inorganic phosphorus-solubilizing,and iron-producing carriers. The sample genomes were sequenced by high-throughput sequencing, and all sequences of bacterial communities were classified by species taxonomic units at 97% similarity level,respectively.31 phyla,76 orders,117 families,210 families,390 genera and 3848 OTUs were involved in soil bacteria, and 15 phyla,48 orders,117 families,245 families,448 genera,688 species and 1197 OTUs were involved in soil fungi.the dominant bacterial The phylum was Proteobacteria and Acidobacteria, and the highest abundance of unclassified_Rhizobiales.Ascomycetes and Peridiomycetes are the dominant fungal phyla.Bacteria were mainly focused on potential carbon and nitrogen metabolism, and fungi were dominated by saprophytic-symbiotic.Both networks were dominated by positive correlations, but fungi were more complex than bacteria, with bacterial key strains being unclassified_Caulobacteraceae and Pedobacter.most of the fungal key nodes belonged to the phylum Ascomycetes,Tamulophytes,Rhizoctonia and Peridiomycetes. The most abundant bacterial species in artificial cultivation culturable is Streptomyces spp.Among them,3 strains can produce IAA,12 strains can dissolve organic phosphorus,1 strain can dissolve inorganic phosphorus and 9 strains can produce iron carriers. The most abundant bacteria in the in situ culture were Pseudomonas spp. Most of the bacteria in the soil of Meconopsis integerifolia are involved in carbon and nitrogen metabolism, organic matter degradation and nutrient cycling. Most of the fungi are cold-tolerant and pathogenic, but there are also flora that can promote plants and defend against diseases, and some genera have anticancer and antifungal activities and can produce alkaloids and other components. At the cost of reduced ecological stability, the microbial community goes more to enhance cooperation to promote overall metabolic efficiency, enabling it to survive in the extreme environment of the Tibetan plateau. These pioneering results lay the theoretical foundation for the conservation and even future artificial cultivation work and sustainable utilization of meconopsis integrifolia,a rare alpine plant resource with both ornamental and medicinal uses, with pioneering significance.
