| Asparagus is a perennial herbaceous plant with excellent medical and health benefits.China is a big export country of asparagus,the planting area of asparagus accounts for 90.35% of the total area of the world,but the production of asparagus belongs to the labor-intensive industry,the mechanization degree is low,the management mode is backward,the soil-borne disease is serious,resulting in reduced production or even destroyed gardens,causing incalculable losses.In order to solve the problems of serious soil-borne diseases and lack of soil remediation devices in asparagus cultivation,the design of soil disinfection and pesticide application system for asparagus cultivation facilities was carried out,it provides technical support for realizing the mechanization and intelligentization of asparagus cultivation.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The device of asparagus soil disinfection and pesticide application was designed.Through field investigation,literature review and theoretical analysis,the demand analysis and scheme formulation of asparagus soil disinfection were carried out.According to the agronomic characteristics and agronomic requirements of asparagus in facilities,the design and development of soil disinfection and pesticide application device for asparagus in facilities were completed by means of virtual design and manufacturing,theoretical analysis and humanized design.The stability and applicability of the device were verified by experiments and data processing.Finally,the operating speed range was determined to be 0.15m/s ~ 0.59m/s,and the success rate of the injection mechanism was 100 %.(2)The soil disinfection and pesticide application system and control algorithm were designed.According to the characteristics of asparagus soil disinfection solution and the status of asparagus root zone,the soil disinfection and pesticide application system was designed,and the soil disinfection injection control software based on PID control algorithm was developed.PID parameters were adjusted and optimized through the experimental method and Simulink simulation method,and the injection precision control model under multi-sensor data perception and fusion was realized.The field experiment was carried out to test the stability of the application amount.The experiment showed that the error of the application amount control accuracy under the current conditions was less than 3 %.(3)A monitoring system for soil disinfection and pesticide application of facility asparagus was integrated.Aiming at the problems of inaccurate monitoring and inconvenient supervision of soil disinfection and pesticide application,a monitoring system for soil disinfection and pesticide application based on CAN bus was built and integrated,which realized real-time monitoring of soil disinfection and pesticide application of asparagus and cloud supervision of multi-point distributed dosage.In this paper,through the design of the soil disinfection device of the facility asparagus and the development of the application control system,the mechanized operation of the precise disinfection of the facility asparagus was realized.Through the integration of the application monitoring system,the cloud supervision of the application amount is realized,which provides technical and equipment support for the full mechanization and intelligent improvement of the facility asparagus production. |
