| Military general physicians are a class of active service health cadres,serving in the force primary health sectors.They work about prevention,medical,rehabilitation,health guidance,psychological counseling,family planning,etc.in the subordinated units.The demand for health service of grassroots troops is far more than treatment and prevention of common diseases,particularly in research units gathering high-level talents.Thus,the capacity of health service should be increasing in primary health care sectors of research units.Military general physicians should adapt to the trend by means of increasing their professional quality.The study surveyed the status of health services about primary medicals in research institutes by questionnaires.Comprehensively grasping the current state of their work,by analysis,it can be obtained that the key issues are weak comprehensive capacity and unstable rooted aspirations of primary medicals in research units.Guided by the theories of Human Capital Management and Hierarchy of Needs,in order to guarantee the stability of these military men’s thoughts,the research proposes that research institutes should develop special medical services at the same time of providing general medical services.In addition,the study takes the case,the clinic of a research institute in the General Equipment Headquarters,to discuss the proposal.The conclusion is following:In the current environment,it is more suitable for the actual work of primary health care that,at the base of general military medical training model,constructing the training model of general practice and special medical in clinics of research institutes. |
