Objective To: evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination of Montsy-West medicine in the treatment of polycythemia vera through this study, and to establish a basis for further evaluation of large-sam Ple and multi-center clinical efficacy. Methods: A total of 30 Patients diagnosed with Polycythemia vera were randomly divided into 15 trial groups and 15 control groups from November 2019 to January 2022.The ex Perimental group ado Pted hemocytometric red blood cell isolation a PParatus(800to 1200 ml twice a week)+ Western medicine: hydroxyurea(0.5 to 1.0 g1 to 3/d)+interferon(3 million units, twice a week, subcutaneous injection)+ Mongolian medicine;Sanzi soup(three days before the single collection of red blood cells,5 g each after lunch, brewed in boiled water),Guri Gumu-13(after single collection of red blood cells,3g after lunch,oral),Ulan-13(after single red blood cells,3 g after lunch, brewed in boiling water),Erzhudun Wurile(after single red blood cells,3 g after dinner, oral). The control group was treated by hemocytizer single red blood cell sampling(800 to 1200 ml twice a week)+ Western medicine: hydroxyurea(0.5 to 1.0 g1 to 3/d)+ interferon(3million units, twice a week, subcutaneous injection). One course of treatment is 7 days, for a total of 2 courses of treatment.Observational indicators for general information of the Patient;Age,gender, ethnicity, weight, height.Vital signs: breathing,Pulse, body tem Perature, blood Pressure.Security indicators;Liver and kidney function, coagulation function, urinalysis, electrocardiogram.Efficacy indicators;Mongolian medical syndrome score,RBC,HGB,HCT,bone marrow morphology, total efficacy ratio,Karnofsky quality of life scoring criteria(Carifer,KPS,Percentile). The patient’s general information, vital signs,RBC,HGB,and HCT are detected once per course of treatment. The safety indicators,Mongolian medical symptom score, bone marrow morphology,Karnofsky quality of life score(Ka’s,KPS,Percentage method),and total efficacy ratio were observed once before and after treatment. The indicators are compared and analyzed within and between groups, and finally statistically Processed to draw conclusions.Results:1.Comparison before treatment:(1)Comparison of general information: The general information comparison of the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Com Parison of main symptom scores: There was no significant difference in the main symptoms between the two groups,(P>0.05),and there was a comparison between the two groups.(3)Comparison of laboratory test results: there was no significant difference in red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin assay(HGB),and hematocrit(HCT)between the two groups,(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Com Parison after treatment:(1)Comparison of main symptom scores:(P<0.05)was compared before and after treatment in the two groups, and there were significant differences. After treatment,P<0.05 was significantly different and statistically significant.(2)Comparison of total efficacy: 7 cases of effectiveness,7 effective cases and 1ineffective case in the experimental group, with a total effective rate of 93.34%.The control group showed effect in 5 cases,7 cases were effective, and 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 80%.There were significant differences in P<0.05 before and after treatment between the two groups. After treatment,(P<0.05)was compared between the two groups, which was significantly different and statistically significant.(3)The results of laboratory tests were com Pared: the red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin determination(HGB),and hematocyte specific ca Pacity(HCT)before and after treatment in the two groups were compared with(P<0.05),which was significantly different and statistically significant. After treatment, the two groups com Pared P>0.05,with no significant difference and no statistical significance.(4)KPS score comparison:(P<0.05)was compared between the two groups after treatment, with no significant difference and comparable(5)Comparison of safety observation indicators: There was no significant difference before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable. There was also no significant difference in the post-treatment comparison between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no statistical significance. Conclusion: 1.In this study, through the dialectical treatment of Mongolian medicine,Mongolian medicine rapidly im Proves the main symptoms after symptomatic treatment of polycythemia vera, the efficacy is remarkable, and the course of the disease is shortened, thereby reducing the use of hydroxyurea and interferon courses, reducing the economic burden of the family, and improving the quality of life.2.The Mongolian medicine preparation used is safe, effective and convenient to use.And the treatment has a unique specificity, which can reflect the dialectical treatment theory and traditional advantages of Mongolian medicine, and can be promoted and applied clinically.
