| Purpose:By observing the clinical observation of the compensatory period of liver cirrhosis(such as pathogenin,Sheila partial sheng type)at the time of dialectical treatment,it provides reference for further research and rational utilization.Method:2021.1-2022.In 1,60 patients with cirrhosis(liver package such as pathin and Sheila)who meet the inclusion criteria will be collected from the outpatient and inpatient department of Gastroenterology Department of Inner Mongolia Minzu University,which are divided into observation group and control group according to the order of treatment,with 30 patients in each group.Observation group after breakfast: ten pill 3g,after lunch: safflower liver thirteen pill 3g,three powder 5g,after dinner: Zhuangxi-21 pill3g;control group: liver shuang granule,3g / tid,for 21 consecutive days for a course.On day 7 and 14 days after the start of the drug,the patients were followed up or followed up to record the symptoms of the patient,the symptoms of the two groups were observed before and after the drug on day 21,and non-invasive liver instantaneous elastography,liver function and liver fiber were tested before and after treatment.Results:1.Thirty patients from the observation group and the control group were included in the study,and the information of the patients were collected and compared at baseline before treatment.There was no significant difference in age and sex(P> 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.Comparing the total efficacy between the two groups,23 were improved in the observation group,5 were effective and 2 were invalid,and the total response rate reached93.3%,The control group improved 15,10 valid and 5 invalid,with a total response rate of83.3%,P=0.034 <0.05.3.By comparing the symptoms of abdominal distension,right upper abdominal pain,and loss of appetite after 7 days of treatment,P> 0.05,no statistically significant,and the main disease failed to improve.There was no difference in belching,acid reflux,and dryness(P> 0.05),and a significant difference in nausea or vomiting,and dry mouth(P<0.05).4.By comparing the main symptoms such as abdominal distension and loss of appetite in both groups of patients after 14 days of treatment,(p> 0.05),No significant,right upper abdominal pain(p <0.05),significant difference.No symptoms of belching,dry mouth and dry symptoms(p> 0.05).Symptoms such as acid reflux,nausea or vomiting,(p <0.05),showed significant differences.5.After 21 days of treatment(P <0.05),the two groups had abdominal distension and right upper abdomen Partial pain,loss of appetite and other aspects were improved.The symptoms of belching,acid reflux,nausea or vomiting,dry mouth and dryness(P> 0.05)were not statistically significant,and there was no difference between the two groups after21 days of treatment.6.Comparing the liver function before and after the two groups,the t-test showed no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment(p> 0.05).AST,ALT,TBIL and IBIL were compared after treatment(p<0.01),DBIL metric(0.01<p<0.05),There were significant statistical differences,and the observation group was better than the control group,r-GGT metric(p>0.05),no significant differences.7.Liver fibrosis before and after treatment,with a t-test,showed no difference between the two groups before treatment,(p> 0.05).Comparison between the groups before and after treatment(p<0.01),All improved;The HA,LN,and Col IV indexes were compared between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05)no significant differences.PIIINP metric(p<0.01)There were differences,and the observation group was better than the control group.8.The liver hardness values before the two groups,t-test,and the two groups before treatment(p> 0.05),zero difference;Comparison between the groups before and after treatment,The t-test was taken,(p<0.01)Both improved,Between the two groups after treatment(p> 0.05),There was no difference,and all were improved.Conclusion:For Liver Bao ru disease(Qisuxira Partial Type)treatment,to follow the essence and Bao ru mature process,the mechanism of the disease,etc.,to remove stomach,bile and other parts of the old heat and heat as the premise,according to the course of the Liver Bao ru disease,pathological form,the accumulation of disease,attack,calm,from the overall point of view for dialectical application,curative effect is very ideal. |
