| ObjectiveThrough the implementation of psychological nursing intervention for adult patients with dog bite,to explore the psychological changes of adult patients with dog bite,reduce the anxiety of patients and improve the nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction.MethodsA total of 130 adult patients with dog bite,admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected.Routine surgical wound cleaning was performed on the dog bite patients,and rabies vaccine was injected in accordance with the regulations.Those with severe wound exposure grade were injected with anti-rabies immune serum or immunoglobulin.According to the random number table method,65 cases were divided into experimental group and control group,control group was given routine nursing intervention measures,and the experimental group was given psychological nursing intervention measures on the basis of this,the time was 4 weeks.Nursing satisfaction questionnaire in patients with adult dog bites the satisfaction evaluation of nursing effect,the HAMD and HAMA anxiety in patients before and after the intervention,assess the self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)and depression self rating scale(SDS)of two groups of patients before and after the intervention of anxiety state were compared,the experimental group and control group patients with wound at different stages(25%,50%,75%,100%)healed days observing two groups of patients with complications,Use of the service quality scale(SERVQUAL)of two groups of patients after the intervention of nursing service quality score comparison,comparing two groups of patients quality of life score before and after the intervention,the questionnaire survey was conducted on patients after nursing satisfaction.ResultsThe scores of special operation,right to know,health guidance and nursing attitude in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HAMD score and HAMA score between 2 groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the HAMD score and HAMA score in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The healing days in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(t=3.898,6.009,4.194,5.257,P=0.000).There were 7 cases of ADR in the experimental group and 20 cases in the control group.The incidence of ADR in the experimental group(10.77%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.77%)(x2=7.900,P=0.005).The scores of the nursing service quality items in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=9.325,9.280,8.977,9.020,8.338,P=0.000),such as tangible,reliability,empathy,responsiveness and assurance.After intervention,the scores of physical function,general health and other aspects of quality of life in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After the questionnaire survey,39 patients in the experimental group were very satisfied,23 were relatively satisfied and 3 were dissatisfied,while 28 patients in the control group were very satisfied,25 were relatively satisfied and 12 were dissatisfied.The total satisfaction of experimental group(95.38%)was significantly higher than that of control group(81.54%)(x2=7.289,P=0.026).ConclusionThe implementation of psychological intervention can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients,promote the healing of dog bite wounds,significantly reduce the adverse reactions of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and patients have a high degree of acceptance of personalized psychological nursing intervention,which is worthy of further clinical application. |
