Study On The Influence Of The Theory Of "Nan Jing" On The Syndrome Differentiation Of Six Meridians And The Principles Of Classical Prescriptions

Objective: Through the study of the original texts of "Nan Jing" and "Shang Han lun" and their related literature,this paper discriminates the academic relevance of the two classics of traditional Chinese medicine,sorts out and summarizes the "Nan Jing" theory referred to in the "Shang Han lun" six meridians syndrome differentiation system and the treatment rules of classical prescriptions,so as to provide reference for clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine and expand ideas for the application of classical prescriptions.Methods: Using the method of philological research,this paper first combs the contents of "Nan Jing" and "Shang Han lun" as well as relevant ancient and modern literature,takes the guidance of medical classics theory on the syndrome differentiation and treatment system of classic prescriptions as the clue,makes a comparative analysis of the theory of learning and treatment in "Nan Jing" and the theory of treatment principles and methods of classic prescriptions,and sorts out and summarizes the embodiment and development of the treatment thought of "Nan Jing" in the syndrome differentiation system of six meridians in "Shang Han lun" and the clinical application of classic prescriptions,To sum up the influence of the theory of difficult classics on the differentiation of six meridians and the treatment rules of classical prescriptions in "Shang Han lun".Results:This paper explains and demonstrates the academic influence of the theory of "Nan Jing" on the theory of syndrome differentiation system of six meridians and the theory of treatment rules of classics in "Shang Han lun",which is reflected in the following three aspects: first,in the theoretical system of syndrome differentiation of six meridians,the quantitative connotation of yin and Yang of six meridians and the basic physiological theory partially adopt the academic views of "Nan Jing",in which the method of feeling the pulse with an inch of mouth,the method of yin and Yang The theory of pulse of typhoid disease is one of the important sources of the theory of pulse method in "Shang Han lun".The diagnostic idea of combining disease and syndrome with pulse syndrome in "Nan Jing" has been fully reflected in the concept of syndrome differentiation in "Shang Han lun" in the theory system of syndrome differentiation of six meridians in "Shang Han lun",the disease differentiation mode in "Nan Jing" and the theory of pulse syndrome congshe are referred to.Second,in terms of the treatment principle of the classical prescriptions,the idea of preventing diseases and preventing diseases from changing is an important principle for the clinical treatment of the classical prescriptions.The theory of adjusting measures to the time in the "Nan Jing" has a guiding role for the time-based treatment of the "Shang Han lun".The treatment idea of "seeking the root cause of diseases,treating deficiency and excess differently,adjusting Yin and Yang and five elements,and balancing the duration" put forward in the "Nan Jing" is the basic principle for the formulation and treatment of the classical prescriptions.Thirdly,in the specific treatment of the classic prescriptions,the "Nan Jing" clarifies the application and pathogenesis of typhoid treatment of sweating and purgation from the perspective of yin and yang to guide the application of the classic prescriptions.The compatibility and application of the classic prescriptions and acupuncture treatment follow and give play to the treatment methods of "Nan Jing",such as reconciling Ying and Wei,the law of reinforcing the mother and reducing the son,purging the South and reinforcing the north.Conclusion:1.This paper discusses the influence of the current "Nan Jing" theory on the theory of syndrome differentiation of the six meridians and the principles and methods of classical prescriptions in the "Shang Han lun",perfects and supplements it on the basis of referring to the previous discussions,summarizes the inheritance of the "Nan Jing" treatment ideas in the "Shang Han lun" six meridians syndrome differentiation system and the clinical application theory of classical prescriptions,and believes that the "Nan Jing" theory is one of the important theoretical references of Zhongjing’s academic thought and guides the clinical practice of classical prescriptions.2.Focusing on the syndrome differentiation system of the six meridians for the first time,this paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the theoretical correlation between "Nan Jing" and "Shang Han lun",and holds that the syndrome differentiation system of the six meridians in "Shang Han lun" is influenced by the theory of "Nan Jing" in terms of the connotation of the six meridians,pulse diagnosis theory,disease syndrome combination,disease differentiation mode,pulse syndrome combination,pulse syndrome cluster,etc.3.The theory of "Nan Jing" plays a guiding role in the thought of classic prescriptions for clinical syndrome,and the theory of classic prescriptions for treatment follows and gives play to the treatment thought of "Nan Jing".The principles of preventing diseases while treating diseases,seeking the root of diseases,treating deficiency and excess differently,balancing yin and Yang and five elements,and adjusting measures to time are all influenced by the treatment ideas of the "Nan Jing".They also inherit and give full play to the treatment theories in the "Nan Jing" on the aspects of composing prescriptions and clinical application,such as sweating and purgation therapy,harmonizing Ying and Wei,mother-supplementing and child-draining,purging the South and supplementing the north.
