| Objective: Understanding of cognitive function in patients with brittle fracture, the nutritional status and the present situation of the weak, analysis the correlation between the three,to explore cognitive function in patients with brittle fracture, the nutritional status of weak degree, the influence of main factors that influence the clear brittleness fracture patients, for the early intervention measures, provides the theory basis for the prevention of brittle fracture. Methods: This study is a non-experimental correlation study.287 elderly patients with brittle fracture were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling in 3grade II and above hospitals. The general information questionnaire,MMSE Simple Mental Scale,Miniature Nutrition Assessment Precision Scale, and FRAIL assessment scale were used to investigate.SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis, descriptive analysis,t test,one-way analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were used.Results:(1)The frailty score of elderly patients with brittle fracture was(2.84±1.41),and14 patients were in non-frailty stage, with an incidence of 4.8%;In 105 cases, the incidence was 36.5%.There were 168 cases of frailty, and the incidence was58.7%.There were statistically significant differences in age, marital status, education level, living style, per capita monthly income,CRP level, albumin content, hemoglobin content, exercise habits, chewing function and other aspects(P<0.05).(2)The cognitive function score of elderly patients with brittle fracture was(26.30±1.92),including 168 patients with cognitive impairment(58.5%).There were statistically significant differences in age, marital status, education level, living style, per capita monthly income,CRP level, albumin content, hemoglobin content, exercise habits, chewing function and other aspects(P<0.05).(3)The nutritional status score of elderly patients with brittle fracture was(8.48±2.43),of which 122 patients(42.5%)were malnourished.128 patients(44.6%)were at nutritional risk. There were statistically significant differences in age, marital status, education level, living style, average monthly family income, albumin content, hemoglobin content, exercise habits, chewing function and other aspects(P<0.05).(4)Cognitive function was negatively correlated with frailty in elderly patients with brittle fracture(r=-0.677,P<0.01),cognitive function was positively correlated with nutritional status(r=0.713,P<0.01),and nutritional status was negatively correlated with frailty(r=-0.771,P<0.01).(5)After regression analysis of the risk of frailness in elderly patients with brittle fracture, age, per capita monthly income,hs-CRP level, albumin content, hemoglobin content, cognitive function and nutritional status were the influencing factors of frailness, and 67.9% variation was predicted.Nutritional status was the most predictive factor of frailness.Conclusion:(1)The cognitive function, nutritional status and frailty of elderly patients with brittle fracture were all at a high level.(2)The cognitive function and nutritional status of elderly patients with brittle fracture are correlated with frailty, that is,the higher the degree of frailty, the worse the cognitive function and nutritional status.(3)Age,family per capita monthly income,hs-CRP level, albumin content, hemoglobin content, cognitive function and nutritional status were the main factors influencing frailty in elderly patients with brittle fracture, and nutritional status was the most predictive factor. |
