Clinical Study On Xiaopi Huatan Granule In The Treatment Of Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH) Of Internal Obstruction Of Phlegm Dampness

Objective: To observe the clinical treatment results of Xiaopi Huatan granules in the treatment of sputum wet internal resistance non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,and to clarify the clinical efficacy and safety of the drug,for patients who are troubled by non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)Provide a safe,effective and easy to accept Chinese medicine treatment plan,thereby delamination of NAFLD progression,stabilizing liver function,reducing liver damage.Methods: 80 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(sputum wet internal obstruction)who met the inclusion criteria were collected,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of40 cases,of which the experimental group gave Xiaopi Huatan granules(1dose a day,taken after breakfast and dinner),the control group oral liver protection tablets(4 capsules at a time,3 times a day),continuous observation for 12 weeks,recording the patient’s BMI,liver function,blood lipids,TCM syndrome points,B ultrasound before and after treatment,and evaluate the liver and kidney power in time to ensure the safety of medication.Finally,the efficacy is carried out.Results: Analysis of spss22 statistical software before and after treatment,In terms of symptoms :the experimental sets of test groups reached92.50%,significantly higher compared with 87.50% of the control group(P<0.01);In terms of the total efficiency reached 92.50% and 77.50%.P <0.01.After experimental comparison,the test group improved better(P <0.01).Conclusion: On the basis of basic treatment plus low-fat diet and weight regulation,Xiaopi Huatan granules can significantly reduce the liver function enzymatic index of NASH patients and improve their clinical symptoms.
