Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhu’s scalp acupuncture(acupuncture plus guidance)on perennial allergic rhinitis(cold syndrome of lung qi deficiency).Methods:60 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis due to lung qi deficiency and cold were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was given Zhu’s scalp acupuncture(acupuncture plus guidance),combined with oral Chinese medicine; The control group was given nasal hormone flixonase for external use, combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment period of both groups was 3 weeks, followed up for 3 months.Observe the changes of the scores of major symptoms, minor symptoms, local signs and Mini RQLQ scale before and after treatment, analyze the data with SPSS25.0 software, and compare the clinical efficacy. Results: After treatment, the scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the main symptoms(P >0.05).The scores of secondary symptoms and Mini RQLQ in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).In terms of physical signs, the treatment effect of the control group is better than that of the treatment group(P < 0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,0 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective and 4cases were ineffective in the treatment group, with a total effective rate of 85.7%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,1 case was markedly effective,26 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.0%(P > 0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 60.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(33.3%,P < 0.05).Conclusion: Conclusion: Zhu’s scalp acupuncture(acupuncture plus guidance)combined with traditional Chinese medicine is no less effective than flixonase combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating perennial allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type.However,follow-up shows that the long-term curative effect and local adverse reactions of nasal cavity in the treatment group are better than those in the control group, which indicates that the treatment measures taken by the treatment group have more lasting curative effect and better long-term curative effect, and are worthy of clinical promotion.
