The Collection,Collation And Study Of The Indication Of Dazhui(GV14) Acupoint

Objective To sort out the literature catalogue and evolution of Dazhui(GV14)acupoint by collecting,collating and researching related literature.Methods Ancient literature is mainly used in the electronic series of "Chinese Medical Classics"(5th edition)published by Hunan Electronic Audio and Video Publishing House,combined with General Catalogue of Ancient Chinese Medicine Books and Chinese Medical Books Dictionary;modern literature mainly refer to "General Bibliography of the Republic of China","Dictionary of Chinese Periodicals";contemporary literature mainly relies on the national planning textbook "Acupuncture and Moxibustion","Meridian and Acupoint" and retrieve China National Knowledge Internet,Wanfang,Pubmed and so on.Finally,the literature that met the inclusion criteria were entered into the Microsoft Excel.The frequency statistics method was used to count the indication of Dazhui(GV14)acupoint,and the development point of view was used to analyze and summarize the different understandings and applications of the main diseases of Dazhui(GV14)acupoint in different eras and backgrounds.Clarify the literature catalogue and evolution rule of Dazhui(GV14)acupoint,and sort out the clinical disease spectrum of Dazhui(GV14)acupoint.Results In ancient literature,there are 38 kinds of indications in Dazhui(GV14)single acupoint,and 17 kinds of indications with sufficient evidence in the literature.While the combination with Dazhui(GV14)can cure47 diseases,14 kinds of which are well documented.In modern literature,the suitable indications of Dazhui(GV14)single point include 29 kinds of diseases,11 kinds of dominant diseases.While the combination with Dazhui(GV14)can cure 83 kinds of diseases,24 kinds of dominant diseases.In contemporary literature,there are a total of 42 indications and 11 dominant diseases at Dazhui(GV14)single point,while the combination with Dazhui(GV14)can cure110 kinds of diseases,23 kinds of dominant diseases.From ancient times to the present,Dazhui(GV14)has treated a wide range of diseases,involving internal medicine,external medicine,gynecology,pediatrics,and etc.Conclusion Dazhui(GV14)acupoint is mainly used to treat lung and local diseases.In traditional Chinese medicine,it is often used for cold and heat diseases,asthma,shortness of breath,cough,fever,headache,rubella,stye,biqiu,biyuan;strong pain in the head and neck,back pain;epilepsy;malaria.Western medicine is commonly used for colds,coughs,asthma,fever,headache,acne,rubella,hordeolum,rhinitis,pharyngitis;cervical spondylosis,stiff neck;epilepsy;malaria.The alternative is to treat various immune mechanism diseases,such as rheumatoid arthritis,AIDS,blood transfusion,infusion reaction,etc.;various organic and non-organic diseases cause weakness.
