Contrast Observation On Clinical Effect And Surface Electromyography Effect Of Traditional Acupoint Selection Method And Combined With Acupuncture Dazhui In Patients With Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: To discuss the effect of combined with acupuncture Dazhui ,based on traditional acupoint selection method, on efficiacy and surface electromyogram in patients with lumbar disc herniation,by marking table for lower lumbar vertebral diseases and surface electromyogram,and to provide a new method for acupuncture therapy of lumbar disc herniation.Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The two groups were both treated by traditional acupoint selection method,and the treatment group was given combined with acupuncture Dazhui. The two groups were both treated six days per week and continuously treated four weeks. The integrals of marking table for lower lumbar vertebral diseases and the value of surface electromyogram on low back were statisticed,and the change of marking for lower lumbar vertebral diseases and the surface electromyogram were observed before and after the treatment.Results:(1)The mark of lower lumbar vertebral diseases: there was no difference in the mark of lower lumbar vertebral diseases between two groups before the treatment (P>0.05), the mark of the two groups were both increased after the treatment and there was obvious difference between the before and after the treatment(P<0.01),and there was also difference between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05).(2) The value of waist surface electromyogram of different posture:â‘ Prone position: there was no difference in the value of surface electromyogram between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05), the value of the two groups were both decreased after the treatment and there was obvious difference between the before and after the treatment(P< 0.01),but there was no difference between the two groups after the treatment(P > 0.05) .â‘¡Procuration position:there was no difference in the value of surface electromyogram between two groups before the treatment (P>0.05), the values on illness-side were decreased after the treatment and there was obvious difference between the before and after the treatment(P<0.01),the values on healthy-side were increased after the treatment and there was obvious difference between the before and after the treatment(P<0.01),and there was difference in the values on illness-side between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05), treatment(P<0.05), there was no difference in the values on healthy-side between two groups after the treatment(P>0.05),â‘¢Flying swallow type: there was no difference in the value of surface electromyogram between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05),the values on illness-side were decreased after the treatment and there was obvious difference between the before and after the treatment(P<0.01),the values on healthy-Side were increased after the treatment and there was obvious difference between the before and after the treatment(P<0.01),and there was difference in the values on illness-side between two groups after the treatment(P<0.05);there was obvious difference in the values of electrode D(P<0.01),but there was no difference in the values of electrode B and electrode F on the healthy-side between two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)Combined with acupunctured Dazhui ,based on traditional acupoint selection method, was better than only acupoint selection method at marking table for lower lumbar vertebral diseases.(2)Combined with acupunctured Dazhui ,based on traditional acupoint selection method, was better than only acupoint selection method at surface electromyogram.(3)Acupuncture can improve abnormal amplitude,waist surface electromyogram of lumbar disc herniation, regulate the balance of waist surface electromyogram both sides.(4)Observing dynamic change of surface electromyogram can be used as an non-invasive index to objective assessment of clinical effectiveness on lumbar disc herniation.
