Clinical Research On The Effect Of The Method Of "Tonifying Kidney And Strengthening Spleen,Eliminating Damp And Promoting Blood Circulation" On The Disorders Of Calcium Phosphate Metabolism In Maintenance Hemodiaiysis Patients

Objective:to study the efficacy and safety of the Method of "Tonifying Kidney and Strengthening Spleen,Eliminating Damp and Promoting Blood Circulation" on the disorders of calcium phosphate metabolism in maintenance hemodiaiysis patients,and to provide a new idea for the treatment of disorders of calcium phosphate metabolism in maintenance hemodialysis patients with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with calcium Erqi D3 tablet on the basis of Western medicine and hemodialysis,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription based on the method of "tonifying the kidney and spleen,Eliminating Damp and Promoting Blood" on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The TCM syndrome score and serum Ca,P and PTH levels of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.the data were statistical analysis.Results:1.Total effective rate: the total effective rate was 93.1% in the experimental group and 69.0% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);2.TCM syndrome: after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 82.8%,and that of the control group was 55.2%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.001).The improvement of TCM syndrome score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);3.Laboratory index: after treatment,the levels of serum Ca,P,PTH and ALP in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.001).The improvement of serum Ca,P,PTH and ALP levels in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).4.Safety: after treatment,the blood routine,liver function,urine routine,stool routine and ECG of the two groups were normal compared with those before treatment.There were no adverse reactions during treatment,and the safety was good.Conclusion:The method of "Tonifying Kidney and Strengthening Spleen,Eliminating Damp and Promoting Blood Circulation" can effectively improve the disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in maintenance hemodialysis patients and regulate the levels of serum Ca,P,PTH and ALP.There is sufficient statistical evidence and good safety.
