Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Chronic Pain After Of Differentiated Thyroid Cancer

Objective:Clinical effects of acupoint application in the treatment of chronic pain after treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer after clinical study.Exploring the pain of acupuncture advice to improve patients with chronic pain after thyroid cancer,and then improve the quality of life in patients.Provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:In this clinical observation,a total of 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The observation group was treated with acupoint application.The drug composition of acupoint application includes Ruxiang,Chuanxiong,Sargent gloryvine,Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,Yujin,Vladimiriae Radix,Mentha haplocalyx,Bomeol.The control group used the imitation placebo to perform acupuncture points,the course of treatment was 7 days,and it was 4-6 hours a day.Collect patients before treatment and treatment of simple Mc Gill pain(S-MGP),serum inter leukin-6(IL-6),observed two groups of Chinese medicine symptoms during treatment,and to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of chronic pain after of differentiated thyroid cancer.Results:1.SF-MPQ score in patients with chronic pain patients with differentiated thyroid cancer:Statistics on the two groups of patients PRI,VAS,PPI scores,and the results show:In the observation group and the control group,PRI,VAS,PPI score had declined before treatment(P<0.05).In the two groups,the observation group score was lowered compared with the control group(P<0.05).Explanation of acupuncture stipulations can accelerate chronic pain in patients with modified thyroid cancer.Safety aspects of acupoint application:Among the 70 patients included in this clinical observation,2patients showed adverse reactions such as redness,swelling and pruritus at the application site,showing high safety.2.IL-6 levels in patients with chronic pain after differentiation of thyroid cancer:IL-6 is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that may be involved in accelerating pain progression.In this study,IL-6 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).It is suggested that acupoint application can relieve chronic pain symptoms after differentiated thyroid cancer,which may be related to the decrease of IL-6 level.3.The TCM symptom scores:Compared with the control group,The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 46.67% in the control group and 83.33% in the treatment group,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture stickers has the effects of relieving pain,promoting blood circulation and reducing swelling,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of chronic pain after the modified thyroid cancer.Improve the quality of life of patients,at the same time,its safety is high,simple operation,low price,it is worthy of further promotion and application.
