Flavored Stroke Prevention And Treatment Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals Stroke Threatened Permit Clinical Research And Mechanism

This thesis has reviewed general situation of apoplexy aura in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and research progress of relevant disease in modern medicine generally, and has summarized syndrome difference in TCM and treatment progress in both modern medicine and TCM. And on the basis of learning clinical experience and academic thought, we think internal viscera dysfunction is the pathological foundation, stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis is the important pathogenesis while invigorating blood circulation to remove the stasis, stopping wind to remove phlegm, and nourishing the liver and the kidney are the treatment principles of apoplexy aura. We have developed adjusted preventing and treating apoplexy soup according to this theory.Clinical research: we used adjusted preventing and treating apoplexy soup combining with west medical treatments to treat apoplexy anura, compared to the only west medical treatment. The result shows that the treatment group can improve the clinical symptoms of patients more significantly, improve patient's lipid metabolism, anti-oxidant, anti-thrombus, and improve endothelium function in the blood vessels. Total efficiency of the treatment group is 85%, superior to contrasting group, whose total efficiency is 55 %(P <0.05).
