Clinical Study On Shugan Jianpi Zhixie Decoction In Treating Type 2 Diabetic Diarrhea With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jianpi Zhixie Decoction in treating type 2 diabetic diarrhea with liver depression and spleen deficiency by soothing the liver and relieving stagnation and strengthening the spleen to dissipate dampness.Methods:64 patients with type 2 diabetic diarrhea who met the inclusion criteria of liver depression and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group,with two cases in each group and 32 cases in each group.At the end of 8 weeks of treatment,2 cases were removed,1 case fell off and 1 case was suspended.Finally,60 cases completed the cost study,with 30 cases in the experimental group and30 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with general treatment plus conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Shugan Jianpi Zhixie Decoction on the basis of the treatment scheme of the control group.The fasting blood glucose(FPG),blood glucose2 hours after breakfast(2h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),TCM syndrome score,electronic colonoscopy results Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores,and statistical methods were used to analyze the data.Results:After 8 weeks of clinical observation,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,TCM syndrome score and HAMD score of the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.01);FPG,2h PG,TCM syndrome score and HAMD score were statistically significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),suggesting that the experimental group was better than the control group;There was no significant difference in the level of Hb A1 c between the two groups(P > 0.05),which may be related to the short treatment cycle;The curative effects of TCM syndrome,electronic colonoscopy and HAMD in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Shugan Jianpi Zhixie decoction is effective in relieving stagnation of liver qi and invigorating spleen and Dissipating Dampness in treating type 2 diabetic diarrhea patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,and has no obvious adverse reactions.It is safe and reliable in clinical application,and deserves further study and discussion.
