The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cognitive Dysfunction In Cerebral Small Vascular Disease By Huazhuo Xingxue Granules

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Hua Zhuo Xing Xue Granules in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction in cerebral small vessel disease(blood turbidity and blood stasis type).Methods: 72 patients with cognitive dysfunction of cerebral small vessel disease who met the standard from December 1,2020 to December 1,2021 were collected.These sufferers were randomly assigned to the general routine treatment group(basic medical treatment +nimodipine)and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(basic medical treatment+ nimodipine + Huazhuo Xingxue granules)using SPSS26.0,36 cases each.The changes in the scores of the Simple Mental Status Evaluation Scale(MMSE),the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA),the Nihss scale of stroke scale(NIHSS),the Barthel Index(BI),the Instrumental Activity of Daily Living Performance Strength Scale(IADL),and the Quantitative TCM Syndrome Table(TCM)were compared between the two groups of patients before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:(1)In the end,a total of 69 patients adhered to this process,34 in the treatment group and 35 in the control group,and there were no serious incidents during the whole process.(2)Improved cognitive function: the improvement of MMSE and Mo CA scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had an effective rate of 70.6%,the control group had an effective rate of 48.6%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)Improved neurological efficacy: the improvement of NIHSS score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Improve life ability: the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the ability to live in complex instrumentality(P<0.05);In terms of improving the patient’s ability to take care of themselves in physical life,the efficacy of the two treatments is comparable(P>0.05).(5)Efficacy of TCM evidence: the improvement of TCM score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had an effective rate of 85.3%,the control group had an effective rate of 65.7%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Huazhuo Xingxue granules combined with nimodipine and basic medical treatment methods are effective and safe in the treatment of CSVCI.This approach can significantly improve the cognitive function and nerve function of patients and improve the ability of daily life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
