Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Moderate And Severe Cancer Pain Of Qi-stagnation And Blood-stasis Type By Filiform-fire Needle Combined With Three-step Analgesic Therapy

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of three-step analgesic method and filiform-fire Needle therapy combined with three-step analgesic method.The methods were used to treat moderate and severe cancer pain,and the syndrome type was qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type.Methods: The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.And all the patients met the inclusive criteria.The three-step analgesic method were used to treat the control group.The experimental group was treated with filiform-fire needle therapy combined with three-step analgesic method.The filiform-fire needle therapy was conducted once every other day,3 times a week,for a total of 2 weeks.The differences of pain digital score(NRS),quality of life score(QOL),score of main syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups before and after treatment were observed.The frequency of breakthrough cancer pain and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results: In the experimental group,the total effective rate of pain relief was 92.31%.And it was 87.18% in the control group.(P<0.05).After treatment,NRS score,main syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine score and quality of life score of the two groups were improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the frequency of breakthrough cancer pain in the experimental group was lower,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The differences of NRS score,main syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine score and quality of life score between the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the differences in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).For adverse reactions,the probability of occurrence in the experimental group was lower,with statistical difference(P<0.001).Conclusion: The combination of filiform-fire Needle therapy and three-step analgesic method can improve the score of cancer pain and improve the quality of life of patients.It can reduce the number of breakthrough cancer pain.And it can reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.Compared with the simple use of Western medicine,the curative effect was improved.
