| Research Objective: Cancer pain seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.Currently,the commonly used analgesic treatment has certain deficiencies.This study will systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of external application of toad venom analgesic powder in the treatment of moderate cancer pain of lung cancer with qi stagnation and blood stasis,so as to provide more options for clinical analgesic treatment.Research Contents and methods: In this study,68 patients with moderate cancer pain of lung cancer of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type who had been hospitalized and treated in the Oncology Department of Tai ’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group,34 patients in each group.The control group was given acetaminophen dihydrocodiine tablets orally and basic treatment,and the observation group was given topical application of toad toad analgesic powder on the basis of the control group(with qi promoting blood circulation,dispersing and relieving pain and fuzheng as the general treatment principles to form the prescription,including toad toad,ligusticum ligusticum,Xiangfu,sanxing,frankincense,myrrh,bupleurum,centipede,angica,borneol,platycodon,etc.).The two groups were respectively compared before and after treatment,as well as the observation group and the control group in the extent of pain relief,effective analgesic time,outbreak of pain,TCM syndrome and improvement of quality of life,etc.The safety of external application of toad venom analgesic powder was verified by comparing the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Research results: 1.Pain relief degree: Both groups could relieve pain to a certain extent,and the observation group was better than the control group in reducing NRS score and improving pain relief rate,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results show that toad venom analgesic powder can effectively reduce the pain intensity of patients.2.24 h pain accumulation time: Both the observation group and the control group can shorten the pain time of patients,and the observation group within 24 h pain time was less than the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that this prescription has sustained analgesic effect.3.Frequency of outburst pain: Both groups could reduce the frequency of outburst pain,and there was a difference in the frequency of outburst pain within 24 h between the two groups on the 10 th day(d10)(P < 0.05),indicating that this prescription could reduce the occurrence of outburst pain to a certain extent.4.TCM syndroms: Both groups had improvement effects on various TCM syndroms of patients,and were better than the control group in improving pain,sleep,skin nail fault and tongue quality(P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving natrium,fatigue and emotion(P > 0.05).Comparing the overall improvement of TCM syndromes between the two groups,it was concluded that P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that toad venom analgesic powder could clearly and concretively improve the overall TCM syndromes of patients.5.QOL score: QOL score of 2 groups increased after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05);The QOL score of the two groups after treatment was compared(P < 0.05),suggesting that the observation group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life of patients,and toad venom analgesic powder was helpful to improve the quality of life of tumor patients.6.Incidence of adverse reactions: No serious adverse reactions affecting the course of the experiment occurred in the two groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The safety indexes of the two groups were all within the normal range,suggesting that the topical use of toad venom powder was safe and effective.Research conclusion: Toad Venom powder can effectively relieve the pain degree,shorten the pain time,reduce the frequency of pain outbreak in patients with moderate cancer pain of lung cancer of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and improve the common TCM syndromes of patients and improve their quality of life.The topical application of toad venom analgesic powder is convenient and easy,with no obvious adverse reactions,stable and relatively safe.In addition,this study makes up for the lack of previous studies that rarely involve the outbreak of pain,and provides a more comprehensive evidence-based medical basis for the treatment of cancer pain by traditional Chinese medicine. |
