Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Infantile Eczema With Damp Heat Washing Formula

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of damp heat washing formula in the treatment of infantile eczema with damp heat type.MethodsFifty-nine infants and young children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was given external application of damp-heat washing and stained formula,and the control group was given external application of compound Huangbai liquid paint.Both groups received a course of treatment for 14 days.The main symptoms of eczema(erythema,papules/herpes/vesicles,exudation,area of whole body skin lesions,itching degree)and concurrent symptoms(TCM syndromes)scores of the two groups of children before and after one course of treatment were statistically analyzed.Analysis,according to the results to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the therapy.Result1.In terms of total curative effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was better than the 68.97%effective rate of the control group(P<0.05);2.Comparison within the group: the main symptoms,upset,and anorexia in the treatment group were improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but the symptoms of defecation and urination did not improve(P>0.05);Compared with before treatment,the symptoms of symptoms,upset,and low appetite were improved(P<0.05),but the symptoms of defecation and urination were not improved(P>0.05);3.Comparison between groups: after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in the main symptoms,upset,and anorexia symptoms,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);The curative effect was equivalent,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05);4.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.ConclusionDamp heat washing stains can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of children with eczema(damp heat type),and the medication is simple and safe,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
