To Explore The Advantage Of CV9 In The Treatment Of Diarrhea (Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Syndrome) By Massage

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of CV9 massage in the treatment of diarrhea(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome),and compare it with conventional massage treatment scheme,and explore the theoretical significance of CV9 in the treatment of diarrhea with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment and research of diarrhea.Methods: 100 patients with diarrhea(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome)were divided into two groups according to the principle of parallel,randomized,controlled and single blind,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional massage,while the treatment group was treated with CV9 massage conventional massage,and the treatment time was about 35 min each time,three times a week,for 4 weeks.Before treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,3 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 3 months after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were counted,and SPSS25.0 was used to process the data for comparative analysis of efficacy.Results :(1)Treatment in both groups could improve the symptoms of diarrhea(P < 0.01).The P values of the two groups were all greater than0.05 in the improvement of increased defecation times,changes in fecal traits,greasy food induced or aggravated,abdominal distension after eating,fatigue and lack of appetite,and the difference was not statistically significant,so the treatment group was not superior to the control group.(2)Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 68.75%,and that of the control group was 64.52%,P > 0.05.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups,so the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was not superior to that of the control group.But the cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group.(3)Comparing the long-term efficacy of the two groups,the three-month recurrence rate of the treatment group was 12.50%,and the three-month recurrence rate of the control group was16.13%.It can be considered that the long-term efficacy of the treatment group is superior to the control group.(4)Comparing the onset time of the two groups,which can be considered that the effective time of the treatment group is shorter than that of the control group.Conclusion:CV9 massage in the treatment of diarrhea(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome)has more advantages,shorter onset time,better long-term efficacy.
