| Objective:The objective of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of zhikang capsule mixed with Jiuhua ointment in dressing change for mixed hemorrhoids after surgery.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,60 hospitalized patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoids surgery were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).Patients in both groups received routine treatment in anorectal department after surgery,the control group received jiuhua ointment dressing change,and the observation group mixed Zhikang capsule powder into Jiuhua ointment dressing change.The degree of wound pain,wound bleeding,wound exudation and anal edema of the two groups were observed on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after surgery.The time required for complete wound healing was recorded and the differences between the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:Statistical studies showed that the pain scores between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery were significantly different(P < 0.05),and the wound pain in the observation group was better than that in the control group.There was no significant difference in pain scores between groups on the 5th postoperative day(P > 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in wound bleeding score and wound exudation score between the two groups on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after surgery(P < 0.05).The improvement of wound bleeding and wound exudation in the observation group was better than that in the control group.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of postoperative anal edema between the two groups on the 3rd,5th and 7th day(P < 0.05),and the improvement of postoperative anal edema in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The wound healing time of the observation group was 21.27±4.45,and that of the control group was23.93±4.46.The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:After surgery,zhikang capsule powder mixed with Jiuhua ointment dressing change method can significantly reduce wound pain and inflammatory exudation,relieve the edema of wound edge,promote wound healing. |
