| Objective: To study the changes of TCM syndromes in senile patients with femoral neck fracture during perioperative period and analyze its causes,in the hope of providing some reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Medical records of 126 inpatients meeting the inclusion criteria were collected and screened, and basic information of patients such as age and gender were completely recorded.TCM symptoms, signs and tongue and pulse symptoms of patients 1 day before surgery and 1 day after surgery were collected according to the observation table, and dialectical classification was conducted according to TCM single syndrome diagnostic criteria.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used to establish a database to analyze the distribution and variation of TCM syndromes before and after surgery. To analyze the correlation between the perioperative clinical treatment process, including preoperative dietary restriction, anesthesia, perioperative anxiety and surgical operation, and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in this study. Results: A total of 126 patients were enrolled in this study, including 33 males and 93 females, with a male to female ratio of 1:2.82.The overall age range of patients was 60-95 years old.In the perioperative period of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, the characteristics of TCM syndromes change from "mixed with deficiency and reality, mainly with reality" to "mixed with deficiency and reality, both with deficiency and reality",including the transformation from positive to deficiency syndrome and heat syndrome, but on the whole, the perioperative period is still dominated by positive. The clinical process of perioperative treatment, including preoperative diet prohibition, anesthesia, perioperative anxiety and surgical operation, were related to the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in this study. |
