Clinical Observation Of Shallow Needling And Dredging Meridians Combined With Conventional Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Liver Fire Disturbing Heart Insomnia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of shallow needling and dredging meridians combined with conventional acupuncture on insomnia of liver fire disturbing heart type,in order to provide a better treatment scheme for this disease.Methods:63 patients with into standard were randomly divided into two groups: observation group(shallow needling and dredging meridians combined with conventional acupuncture group)and control group(conventional acupuncture group),with 31 cases in observation group,32 cases in control group.Observe the integral changes of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),quality of life questionnaire(SF-36)and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and evaluate the therapeutic effect of shallow needling and dredging meridians and pricking collaterals on liver fire disturbing heart insomnia.Results:The effective rate of shallow needling and dredging meridians combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of liver fire disturbing heart insomnia was better than that of conventional acupuncture,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PSQI scale score,SF-36 scale score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.There were significant differences in sleep quality,partial quality of life and TCM syndrome scores between the observation group and the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Shallow needling and dredging meridians combined with conventional acupuncture can effectively improve the insomnia symptoms of patients with liver fire disturbance insomnia and improve the quality of life of patients,and the effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture group.It is a simple and effective treatment.
