Therapeutic Effect Of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction And Buyang Huanwu Decoction On Postoperative Residual Symptoms Of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on residual symptoms of lumbar spinal stenosis after operation,and to explore its mechanism,so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of residual symptoms of lumbar spinal stenosis after operation.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study,60 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type who had residual symptoms after lumbar spinal stenosis in Fuzhong People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into basic treatment group and Chinese medicine group according to the random order grouping method.In the western medicine group,2 cases were shedding during the follow-up period,and 2 cases were re-introduced according to the same standard.On the second day after operation,the three groups of patients began to receive electroacupuncture treatment combined with postoperative functional exercise as the basic treatment.The Chinese medicine group was treated with oral Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Buyang Huanwu Decoction,and the western medicine group was treated with oral mecobalamin tablets.The course of treatment is 2 weeks.VAS scores and JOA scores were observed before treatment(day 1 postoperatively),2 weeks postoperatively,1 month postoperatively,3 months postoperatively,and 6 months postoperatively.The three groups were observed before treatment.And the H-reflex latency of 6 months after surgery;the efficacy of 3 groups of patients was judged 6 months after operation.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS18.0 software to analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of three groups of patients with residual symptoms after lumbar spinal stenosis.Results: 1.Baseline comparison: There were no significant differences in age,gender,surgical segment,duration of disease,and pre-treatment VAS score,JOA score,and H-reflection latency(P>0.05).The three groups were comparable.2.VAS score: At each observation time point,the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 1 month after surgery,the difference between the Chinese medicine group and the other two groups was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P>0.05).The difference between the Chinese medicine group and the basic treatment group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.JOA: At each observation time point,the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At each time point,the difference between the Chinese medicine group and the other two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.H reflex latency: 6 months after operation,there were significant differences between the three groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05);6 months after operation,there were significant differences between the Chinese medicine group and the other two groups(P < 0.05).5.Therapeutic effect judgement of TCM: All three groups were effective(95% in TCM group,90% in western medicine group and 85% in basic treatment group).The clinical effect of TCM group was significantly different from that of other two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Three groups of treatment can alleviate the residual symptoms of lumbar spinal stenosis after surgery,but the curative effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction is more significant,and it is an effective treatment for the residual symptoms of lumbar spinal stenosis after surgery.
