Study On TCM Syndromes Of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4 Based On The Theory Of Prescriptions And Syndromes

Objective:Based on the dialectical theory of prescriptions and syndromes,this study collected the prescriptions and corresponding syndromes of CKD stage 3-4 patients who had taken Zhenwu Decoction Modified Decoction,Jingfang Shenyan Decoction Modified Decoction,Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction Modified Decoction and their corresponding syndromes to explore the 3-The dialectical law of the three kinds of prescriptions in the 4th period.Methods:This study retrospectively counted 89 outpatient and inpatient cases of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who had taken the above three prescriptions.Research.Results:There are obvious differences in the medication and symptoms of the three prescriptions.The main symptoms of Zhenwu Decoction are chills and cold limbs,diferZh,difergy lethargy,lethargy,fatigue,heavy limbs,clear and long inaction,red tongue,and thin white coating.There are secondary symptoms such as edema of both lower extremities,dry mouth and polydipsia,anorexia,chest tiregisted,palpitations,excuse,dark red tongue,etc.The clinical medication is based on Zhenwu Decoction with Codonopsis,Guizhi,Alisma,Fangji,Polyporus and other drugs.The main symptoms of Jingfang Shenyan Decoction syndrome are edema of both lower extremities,aversion to cold,aversion to heat,short and red urination,drowsiness and fatigue,dry mouth,frequent urination,constipation,red tongue with yellow coating or greasy yellow coating,etc.It can be seen that symptoms such as dry mouth and polydipsia,sweating,loose stools,dark red tongue,thick yellow and greasy coating or white thick coating,sublingual vein stasis and other symptoms,clinical medication is based on Jingfang Shenyan Decoction with Banzhilian and Baihua snake tongue.Grass,Sophora japonica,madder,and talc,paeonol,wine rhubarb,Zelan,Poria,Motherwort and other medicines.The main symptoms of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction syndrome are divided into upper heat(dry mouth,bitter mouth,exchange of cold and heat,a sweating head,red tongue,etc.)and lower cold(cold abdomen,cold both lower limbs,cold below the knee,cold feet,loose stool,there are two categories of symptoms such as thin white fur and other symptoms),which has secondary symptoms such as aversion to cold,dizziness,dry mouth,unwillingness to drink,anorexia,frequent urination,sublingual vein blood stasis,etc.The clinical medication is based on Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction Combined with Pori a,Angelica,Alisma,fried white peony,Danpi,fried atractylodes,fried atractylodes and other medicines.Conclusion:Although the clinical symptoms of patients with CKD stage 3-4 are quite different,and the main symptoms of each prescription and syndrome are also different,there is an internal relationship between the concurrent symptoms and the addition and subtraction of drugs,and most of them are symptoms of drinking water and bl ood stasis.In addition,it is also used to strengthen the spleen and remove dampness,promote the blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Although the clinical symptoms are various and complex,the main spmptoms are grasped,so the syndrome is used as the prescription,and the drugs are used according to the different syndromes.
