Objective: 1.Understanding the current situation of ADHD in preschool and school-age children in Baota District,Yan’an City,and exploring the influencing factors of ADHD in children in this area from the aspects of children’s personality,family environment and lifestyle,so as to formulate targeted policies and measures,guide the work of parents,teachers and pediatricians,and better promote the mental health growth of children.2.Analyzing the epidemic characteristics of ADHD,a representative neuropsychological disorder disease,in Yan’an City,combined with the ecological environment and cultural environment of the Loess Plateau,in order to provide practical basis for the mental health protection of preschool and school-age children in this area.Methods: This study adopts the multi-stage cluster sampling method.According to the five directions of East,South,West,North and middle,10 schools in urban and rural areas,including experimental primary school,Dongguan primary school,extended primary school,Beiguan primary school,Yucai primary school,Baota primary school,Los Angeles nursing home,children’s dream kindergarten,Yihe kindergarten and extended primary school,are selected as the survey sites.Students from 2-5 classes in each grade of each school are selected for the distribution and recovery of the note questionnaire.SPSS was used for data processing 22.0.Process data and measure data to "χ ± s " indicates that the inter group comparison is analyzed by independent sample t-test and Mann Whitney Utest;The count data were analyzed by C2 test,and the correlation test was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation and multivariate logistic regression.The difference was statistically significant with P < 0.05.Results:1.A total of 4737 children participated in the survey,including 2555 boys(53.94%)and 2182 girls(46.06%).2.the incidence rate of ADHD in pagoda district is generally increasing with age before 6 years old.It tends to be gentle after 6 years old,and has a relatively downward trend.The prevalence of ADHD in 6-year-old children was significantly different from that in other age groups(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the prevalence of ADHD between boys and girls of all ages(P < 0.01).3.The prevalence of ADHD in 4635 preschool and school-age children of different genders in Baota District of Yan’an City was compared.The results showed that the prevalence of ADHD in boys was significantly higher than that in girls(C2 = 11.17,P < 0.01);The prevalence of ADHD in children of all ages(C2 = 24,P = 0.04)was compared,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the prevalence of ADHD among children in different schools(C2 = 10.23,P > 0.05).4.Analysis of related factors: the risk of ADHD in children from nuclear families is 0.39 times lower than that in children from non nuclear families;The risk of ADHD in children with harmonious parents was 0.481 times lower than that in children with disharmonious parents;The risk of ADHD of children whose mother occupation is farmer is 1.027 times higher than that of children whose mother occupation is worker;Compared with the positive guidance rearing style,the risk of ADHD increased by 0.637 times.Conclusion: 1.the incidence rate of ADHD in male and female students of different ages showed an overall increase with age,and gradually decreased after 6 years old.The incidence rate of gender ADHD was significantly different between male and female(P < 0.01),showing that boys had higher incidence rate than girls.2.Analysis of related factors of ADHD in preschool and school-age children in Baota District of Yan’an City: nuclear family and harmony between parents are the protective factors of children’s ADHD(P < 0.05).Farmers and strict discipline are the risk factors of children’s ADHD(P < 0.05).
