Objective:To assess the therapeutic effect and safety of Budesonide,Terbutaline and Ipratropium Bromide on mild to moderate acute asthma attacks in adults by the changes in patients’clinical symptoms, the occurrence of adverse reactions and the serum-associated inflammatory markers, pulmonary function indexes and quantitative CT air retention indexes of the patients.Methods:1.The study selected patients with mild to moderate asthma in adults hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University from September 2020 to December 2021.A total of 98 cases of patients are selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, which fit the description and are divided into control group and experimental group on random digital tables.2.After admission, both groups of patients were given oxygen inhalation, expectorant, and anti-infection treatment.3.The control group was given Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation 1.0mg and Terbutaline Sulphate Solution for Nebulization 5.0mg,and the two liquids were mixed and then inhaled. In the test group,Ipratropium Bromide Solution for Inhalation 0.5mg was added to the regimen for the control group, and the three agents were mixed and then inhaled by atomization. The frequency of medicine in both groups was twice a day for seven days as a course of treatment.4.The general basic data(age, gender,BMI)of the two groups were collected and recorded, and the clinical changes(including symptom changes and the occurrence of adverse reactions)of the two groups of patients before and after receiving drug treatment were observed and recorded throughout the process. The data fluctuation trends of serum-related inflammatory indexes, pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment, and air retention indexes measured by QCT after treatment were counted.5.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a triple therapy regimen of Budesonide,Terbutaline and Ipratropium Bromide in the treatment of acute exacerbations of mild to moderate asthma in adults from both subjective and objective aspects. Results:There were no significant differences in general data(age,BMI,gender)and related clinical data before treatment(WBC,EOS,NEU,FVC,FEV1,PEF,FEV1%pred,FEV1%)between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups of patients were comparable before treatment.1.Intra-group comparison:(1).The inflammation levels of WBC,EOS and NEU in each group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2).The pulmonary function indexes(FVC,FEV1,PEF,FEV1%pred,FEV1%)in each group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the same group before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison between groups:(1).After treatment, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rates of the two groups were compared, and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2).After treatment, compared with the experimental group, the serum EOS level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in WBC and NEU levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(3).After treatment, the FVC,FEV1,PEF,FEV1%pred,and FEV1%of the two groups were compared, and the indexes of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4).After treatment, the levels of Exp-856%and E/I ratio of MLD in the two groups were compared, and the indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(5).During the treatment period, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Budesonide,Terbutaline, and Ipratropium Bromide by nebulization inhalation is more effective in the treatment of adult asthma patients with mild to moderate acute exacerbation. It can improve the clinical efficacy of patients, effectively inhibit the inflammatory response in the body, and at the same time,it has better effects than the dual regimen in relieving airway spasm, improving pulmonary ventilation function, and reducing air retention, and has higher safety.
