| Objective This project aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Xuanbi soup Acupoint Application in the treatment of acute hip synovitis in children with damp-heat resistance type,to provide clinical treatment methods that can shorten the treatment period,improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate,and to reduce the burden of children and their families.MethodsChildren with acute hip synovitis who were hospitalized in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January2021 and December 2021 were selected,and 60 cases who met the inclusion criteria and voluntarily participated in this study were divided into a control group and a test group by a randomized grouping scheme.The control group was treated with bed-braking traction,while the experimental group was treated with Xuanbi soup Acupoint Application.The results of the two groups were compared by collecting and compiling the Wong-Baker facial expression pain scale,percent 5 rating method and B ultrasound examination during the treatment.The efficacy of the two groups was compared,and patients were followed up to investigate the presence of recurrence,and the data were finally analyzed statistically to draw the results in the end.ResultsA test group completed a total of 29 cases,the control group completed a total of 29 cases,as follows:1.the two groups of patients before treatment of their percent 5 rating method and B ultrasonic inspection of the affected hip and other observation indexes were comparable.2.The children in the experimental group had better scores in the percent 5 rating method and TCM efficacy assessment than the control group at 3,9,15 and 21 days after treatment.3.The cure rate of children in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,the efficacy of B ultrasonic inspection of the depth of joint cavity effusion was better than that of the control group,and the average number of days of hospitalization was less than that of the control group.4.The children who were cured were followed up 2 months after the course of treatment,and there was one case of recurrence in the control group and no case of recurrence in the experimental group.ConclusionThe combination of Xuanbi soup Acupoint Application with traction and braking in the treatment of acute hip synovitis in children with damp-heat resistance type can relieve the clinical symptoms of children more effectively than traction and braking alone,and can shorten the treatment course of children,improve the cure rate. |
