Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Penetration Needle From Taichong(LR3) To Yongquan(kI1) In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation

Objective:The clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with penetration needle from Taichong（LR3）to Yongquan（KI1）and oral Tibolone tablets in the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation perimenopausal syndrome was observed and compared,and the reliability of abdominal acupuncture combined with penetration needle from LR3 to KI1in the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation perimenopausal syndrome was objectively evaluated,which provided a certain reference basis for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:66 patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation perimenopausal syndrome who met the research criteria of this topic were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 people each.The observation group adopted abdominal acupuncture combined with penetration needle from LR3 to KI1 treatment,Qihai,Guanyuan,Huaroumen（double）,Wailing（double）,Shangqu（double）,Qixue（double）,Daheng（double）,Taichong（double）,Yongquan（double）,first through the piercing method,and then abdominal acupuncture therapy,every other day treatment once,each time about 30 minutes,3 times a week,4 weeks for 1 course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment;the control group used Tibolone tablets treatment,once a day,1.25 mg each time,continuously taken for 12 weeks.The changes in TCM symptom scores,improved KI scores,PSQIscores,and serum E2,FSH,and LH levels before and after treatment were observed,and the adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated.All data were processed and analyzed using SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results:1.TCM symptom scores:compared within the group,the two treatment options could reduce the individual scores（P<0.05）and total scores（P<0.01）of TCM symptoms;compared with the intergroups,the observation group was better than the control group（P<0.05）in terms of irritability,chest tightness and sighing,depression and insomnia;the control group was better than the observation group（P<0.05）in the improvement of vaginal dryness（P<0.05）;the difference between other symptoms was not statistically significant（P>0.05）There was no statistically significant difference in the total integral improvement of TCM symptoms（P>0.05）.2.Improved KI scores:both treatment regimens reduced the individual scores（P<0.05）and overall scores（P<0.01）of improved KI in comparison between groups;compared with the observation group in terms of insomnia,irritability,depression and suspicion（P<0.05）;the control group was better than the observation group（P<0.05）;the difference in other symptoms was not statistically significant（P>0.05）;the difference in the overall improvement of improved KI scores was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.3.PSQI score:both treatment regimens reduced PSQI score（P<0.01）compared with the control group（P<0.01）in the inter-group comparison.4.Serum FSH,LH,E₂levels:in the comparison between the two treatment regimens,the E₂level and the serum FSH and LH levels（P<0.01）were reduced,and the difference between the two was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.5.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared:the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was22.58%.In the inter-group comparison,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.01）.6.Clinical efficacy evaluation:the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 87.10%,and the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.Conclusions:1.Abdominal acupuncture combined with penetration needle from Taichong to Yongquan and oral Tibron tablets is equivalent in increasing the E₂level of patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation perimenopausal syndrome and reducing serum FSH and LH levels.2.Abdominal acupuncture combined with penetration needle from Taichong to Yongquan and oral tibolone tablets in the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation perimenopausal syndrome clinical efficacy is comparable,can reduce the TCM symptomscore,improve THE KI score,PSQI score,improve clinical symptoms,although the abdominal needle combined with penetration needle from Taichong to Yongquan in the improvement of sexual life is weaker than Tibolone,but in the improvement of insomnia,irritability,depression and suspicion is more advantageous,high safety,worthy of promotion and application.
