Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin Combined With Blood Stasis

Objective: In accord with qi and Yin deficiency and stasis syndrome in patients with early diabetic nephropathy treats of material to protect the kidney,observation of qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndromes in early diabetic nephropathy patients taking material related indicators in protecting renal symptoms after the party,the improvement of the situation,with the actual clinical efficacy of opening out the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndromes feasible new path of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods: A total of 68 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were diagnosed as deficiency of qi and Yin combined with stasis syndrome in outpatient department and inpatient department of Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to December 2020 were screened and randomly divided into two groups,34 patients in experimental group and 34 patients in control group.After sample introduction,both groups received basic treatment for 2 weeks to stabilize common abnormal indicators(blood glucose,blood lipids and blood pressure).The study variables were as follows: on the basis of oral irbesartan tablets simultaneously administered to both groups after basic treatment,the experimental group was added with Turbidity-reducing kidney protection formula,which was as follows: Astragalus membranaceus 40 g,Codonopsis pilosula,fructus multiflorum,Mulberry and fructus auriculata 20 g,rehmannia glutinosa,Ghost feather 15 g,Chinese yam and salvia miltiorrhiza 15 g,Tuckahoe 12 g,achyranthes bidentata10 g,leech 8g,rhubarb 6g,panax notoginseng 3g.Each dose of turbidness-protecting kidney prescription is a daily dosage.In the morning and evening,use boiled water to brew and drink hot once.4 weeks as a course,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The changes of TCM symptoms(including fatigue,thirst and drinking,urine turbidness,dark complexion,purple and dark lips,wrong skin nails,and prickling of body and limbs)in 2 groups were observed before and after treatment,and the TCM syndrome scoring rules were used to score.The improvement of UACR,24HU-TP,DD and FIB were taken as the main clinical evaluation criteria,and HBA1 C,FBG and 2h PG were introduced as auxiliary indicators to judge the efficacy.Meanwhile,the results of LDL-C,HDL-C,TC and TG were combined as the efficacy reference.According to TCM syndrome integral and related test indexes,the evaluation criteria of curative effect were established.After treatment,relevant software was used for statistical analysis of the data collected in the study,and the results and conclusions were obtained in combination with the efficacy evaluation criteria.Results:1.TCM symptoms: the symptoms of patients in the control group treated with irbesartan tablets after DKD introduction stage basic treatment were improved compared with before treatment,and the symptoms of patients in the experimental group treated with turbidity-reducing and kidness-protecting prescription were improved significantly compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.2.Clinical test indicators: UACR,24HU-TP,DD and FIB,which were used to measure the improvement of the physical condition of DKD patients in the two groups,all decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the conventional western medicine treatment in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine can effectively reduce the UACR,24HU-TP,DD and FIB of DKD patients with qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.After treatment,compared with the control group,the UACR,24HU-TP,DD and FIB of the experimental group were significantly different(P < 0.05),indicating that the UACR,24HU-TP,DD and FIB of the experimental group were improved more obviously.3.Total effective rate: according to statistics,the total effective rate of the treatment group using Turbidity-protecting kidney formula was 82.35%,higher than 67.64% of the control group,that is,the results show that turbidity-protecting kidney formula has better therapeutic effect on patients with early diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of qi and Yin combined with stasis syndrome.Conclusion:For the early diabetic nephropathy patients with qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the introduction of turbidity-reducing kidney protection formula can effectively improve the patient’s TCM symptoms and related clinical test indicators,improve the physical condition and improve the treatment efficiency compared with conventional western medicine treatment.
