| Objective:The effects of piperopillon, risperidone and olanzapine on glucolipid metabolism, and mental flexibility were compared in patients with The first-episode of schizophrenia(FES).Methods:A total of 120 patients in a tertiary psychiatric hospital from May 2021 to October 2021 were randomly divided into 40 patients in each group to receive piperopillon, risperidone and olanzapine. The remission degree of schizophrenia symptoms was assessed according to the Positive and Negative Symptom Rating Scale(PANSS)before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment. At the same time, waist circumference, body mass index, fasting blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment were detected to evaluate the effect of drugs on glucose and lipid metabolism of patients. The psychological flexibility of patients before and after drug treatment was assessed by the Chinese Acceptance and Action Questionnaire(AAQ-II)and the cognitive Integration Questionnaire(CFQ-F).Data collected before and after treatment were analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical software with statistical methods such as t-test,variance analysis,Chi-square test,P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result:1.Finally,39 patients in the perorpirone group,38 patients in the risperidone group, and 39 patients in the olanzapine group completed this study. The three groups of patients were similar in terms of PANSS scores, glucose and lipid metabolism levels, and psychological flexibility before treatment.2.After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 73.60% in the perorpirone group,78.95% in the risperidone group, and 74.35% in the olanzapine group. The curative effect of risperidone group was slightly better than that of perorpirone group and olanzapine group, but there was no statistical difference in PANSS score among the three groups(p>0.05).3.After 8 weeks of treatment, the waist circumference and BMI of the three groups were increased compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant in the three groups after treatment(p<0.05).The olanzapine group had the greatest effect on waist circumference and BMI,and the perorpirone group had the least effect.4.After 8 weeks of treatment, the fasting blood glucose levels of the three groups were increased to varying degrees,of which olanzapine increased the most significantly, but there was no significant difference between the three groups(p>0.05),which may be related to the small sample size related.5.After 8 weeks of treatment, the levels of LDL-C,TC,and TG in the perorpirone, risperidone and olanzapine groups were increased, and HDL-C was decreased. After treatment, there were significant differences in TG and HDL-C among the three groups(p<0.05),olanzapine had the greatest effect on blood lipid levels, and perorpirone had the least effect.6.After 8 weeks of treatment, the AAQ-II and CFQ-F scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, with risperidone being the most significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Peropirone,risperidone and olanzapine can effectively improve the mental symptoms of patients with FES,and the efficacy levels of the three drugs are comparable.2.The effects of olanzapine on waist circumference,BMI and glucolipid metabolism were higher than those of risperidone and piperopirone, and piperopirone had a relatively small effect.3.Peropilone,risperidone and olanzapine could increase the patient’s body weight and glucose and lipid metabolism on average, among which olanzapine has the greatest effect, followed by risperidone and perorpirone.3.Peropirone,risperidone and olanzapine can effectively improve the psychological flexibility of FES patients, while risperidone has a relatively better effect. |
