Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Medicine In The Treatment Of Abnormal Glucose Metabolism In Obese PCOS With Spleen Deficiency And Phlegm Dampness

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on patients with abnormal glucose metabolism of spleen deficiency phlegm dampness polycystic ovary syndrome,and to provide an effective and safe method for clinical acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of abnormal glucose metabolism of spleen deficiency phlegm dampness polycystic ovary syndrome by observing the changes of sex hormones(LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T),BMI,WHR,FPG,2h PG,FINS,2h INS,HOMA-IR and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment.Methods:A randomized controlled study was conducted to collect 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria from the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2020 to December 2021.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.There were 35 cases in the observation group,35 cases in the control group,observation group(acupuncture +self-made Jianpi Huatan decoction),and control group(self-made Jianpi Huatan decoction).The course of treatment was 3 months,and changes of indexes before and after treatment were observed and the curative effect was evaluated.Results:1.70 cases were included in the two groups,35 cases in the observation group and 35 cases in the control group.33 cases were completed in the observation group and 29 cases in the control group,with an abscission rate of 11.43%;2.Comprehensive curative effect: the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 88% and 66% respectively.After statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.036<0.05),indicating that the total curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group;3.Intra group comparison: BMI,WHR,LH,LH/FSH,T,FPG,2h PG,FINS,2h-INS,HOMA-IR and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant improvement in FSH between the two groups before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);4.Comparison between groups: after 3 months of treatment,the observation group had significantly better effects than the control group in reducing BMI,WHR,LH,LH/FSH,T,FPG,2h PG,FINS,2h-INS,HOMA-IR and TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and medicine has a significant effect on the abnormal glucose metabolism of obese PCOS with spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness.The comprehensive effect is significantly different from that of the simple traditional Chinese medicine group.Compared with the simple traditional Chinese medicine group,the combination of acupuncture and medicine can significantly reduce the BMI,WHR,sex hormone level(LH,LH/FSH,T),improve FPG,2h PG,FINS and 2h-INS,and reduce HOMA-IR,but the improvement of FSH level between the two groups is not obvious and there is no significant difference.The combination of acupuncture and medicine can more effectively improve the symptoms of abnormal glucose metabolism,which is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
