Clinical Observation Of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of AECOPD And Its Effect On Crpand NLR Levels

Objective: To observe the effects of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with acupoint sticking on the TCM syndrome scores,CAT scores,CRP and NLR levels in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(Phlegm turbidity obstructing lung syndrome),and evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: From October 2019 to December 2021,64 inpatients with AECOPD(Phlegm turbidity obstructing lung syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group.During the observation and treatment process,1 patient in the treatment group withdrew voluntarily,and 1 patient in the control group withdrew due to aggravation of the disease.Therefore,31 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group were finally observed.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Suzi Jiangqi Decoction and acupoint sticking for 10 days.The changes of TCM syndrome score,CAT score,CRP content,NLR content and safety indexes were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.The total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).2.After treatment,the individual syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased(P< 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the syndrome scores of wheezing,phlegm volume and chest tightness between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the syndrome scores of cough,anorexia,and fullness(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was93.50%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 74.20%.The treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).4.Compared the two groups before and after treatment,the CAT scores were decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).5.Compared before and after treatment,the CRP levels in the two groups were decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).6.Compared before and after treatment,the NLR levels in the two groups were decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).7.There was no abnormal change in the selected safety indexes before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:1.Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with acupoint sticking can reduce the TCM syndrome scores in patients with AECOPD(Phlegm turbidity obstructing lung syndrome).2.Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with acupoint application can reduce the CAT score of patients with AECOPD(Phlegm turbidity obstructing lung syndrome).3.Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with acupoint application can reduce the levels of CRP and NLR in patients with AECOPD(Phlegm turbidity obstructing lung syndrome).4.Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with acupoint sticking is clinically safe and effective in the treatment of AECOPD(Phlegm turbidity obstructing lung syndrome).
